Disappointing service from staff – Unacceptable behavior at a 5-star hotel Pullman sharjah, bell boy named Azhara

I stayed at Pullman Sharjah expecting true 5-star hospitality, but my experience was ruined by the misbehavior of a bell boy named Azhara (Pakistani nationality). He treated me rudely and dismissively, clearly showing bias and disrespect simply because he assumed I was "from Asia." His attitude included resistance to basic guest requests, arrogant tone, and lack of professionalism – completely unacceptable in a luxury property. Despite the hotel's nice facilities and location, this kind of discriminatory and poor service from staff brings the overall rating down significantly. Management should address such conduct immediately to maintain standards. I will not return or recommend this hotel unless staff training improves.

What I would like to say about this hotel...lt has exceeded all my expectations. Advantageous location and magnificent view from the window. A combination of oriental brightness and European restraint. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bed linen is of excellent quality with a pleasant smell. The bathroom is very clean and very functional.Breakfast at the hotel is a separate song. There is a huge selection for both the follower of healthy eating and the lover of eating a lot and tasty.As for the staff, I think they love me less at home than in this hotel))
