Room Type: Executive Creek View Location: Al Ghurair Mall, Deira. Outside Union Metro Station No of nights: More than 30 Month: Sept 2024 & Feb 2025 Trip Type: Business My Ratings (Out of 5) Cleanliness: 5. Spotless. Hospitality: 5. They make you super comfortable everywhere. Service & Staff: 5. All staff without any exception from top to bottom always smile and greet you and are trained & highly attentive towards their work. Huni, Pauline, Deki, Gladwell, Alyssa are few names which come to my mind. Housekeeping: 5. Very prompt and efficient. Room Comfort & Amenities: 4. Room size is huge. Almost equal to 2 rooms of any other Hotel. Bed is very big and comfortable and they have big sofas and centre table in the room. The Bathroom is also very spacious and has got a big bath tub. All amenities are available in the room. Location: 5. It’s just 2 minutes walk from the Union Metro Station and is part of the Al Ghurair Mall. It is situated in prime area of Deira with lot of shops and malls and market all around. Its the tallest building in that area so the view is also good. You can take Metro from the Airport and reach the Hotel in about 6 AED ticket. Value for Money: 5. If you book in advance, you can get good deals. Otherwise walk in rates can be pretty high. They offer complimentary Breakfast and Canapes and beverages to Platinum members. Infact, they have opened an "Executive Lounge" on the 18th floor recently offering these benefits throughout the day. Pros: Room sizes are huge and location of the Hotel is extremely good. Restaurant food and spread is huge. There is a huge mall with a Food Court attached to it if one wants to try some different cuisine. Cons: Breakfast area is crowded sometimes. They need to look at serving the dishes from live counter directly to the table so that the guests can finish their breakfast faster. Much of the time is spent waiting at the live counter. Few Asian dishes cooked in authentic style needs to be added in the breakfast menu to attract more Asian guests. The ones being offered currently are very limited, repetitive and bland. Needs to be improved. As a management policy, they don’t have a bar. But many options are available around the Hotel if one wishes to go to them. Would I stay here again? Always No 1 choice for my stay in Dubai

The hotel is very old carpet is filthy furniture is outdated. The bathroom is awful no shower very hard for disabled people. The staff was average we didn’t enjoy our stay in this hotel please avoid if you can. They don’t have a bar in the hotel and you have to pay for the ice if you want in your room.

The hotel staff were very professional, helpful, and kind. They made sure our stay was very pleasant. Bhim who was the attendant assigned to our floor/ apartment was very professional and kind. He did a very good job. Romeo, James, Raiza, Charles where also very professional and friendly. The breakfast was also excellent. Well-done to them all. Will definitely visit Swissotel Al Ghurir again. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at Swissôtel Al Ghurair. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering great comfort and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The location is also very convenient—right next to Al Ghurair Centre and close to public transport. The pool and fitness facilities were clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and unwind. I truly appreciated the excellent service throughout my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai
