Pengalaman yang kurang menyenangkan. Saya menginap mengalami kejadian handuk yang kotor, karpet kamar yang masih berdebu dan ketersediaan alat makan yang harus diminta dulu tanpa disiapkan. Saya mengadu kepada resepsionis manager dan akan mengirimkan email respon dan bagaimana tanggung jawab serta tindak lanjut. Hingga saat ini saya belum menerima respon tersebut. Saya berharap kejadian ini tidak terulang kembali. Terima Kasih

Apartment is very big and comfortable. Great location. Everyday clean and well arranged our room. Very helpful staffs. Nice view, our stay was very auspicious. We recommend this hotel. Helpful staff in reception and bell man. Food was very tasty.
