I visited this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is in a great location near the corniche and blue souk. I received excellent service from the front office supervisor and the restaurant staff. I would highly recommend it.

This review has been overdue and should have been sent much earlier, We had booked this hotel based on offered from a colleague and did not regret a bit. Located within few minutes from a supermarket and many food venues to choose from. Hotel located also within a walking distance from the creek and also Central Souk. We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel, made special by the warmth and care of the staff. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. A special mention to Haseem who treated us like old friends and was a pleasant figure to have at the lobby to share conversation with. Also Anne, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable with her thoughtful kindness, professionalism, and genuine smile. (ps: my wife enjoyed the decant perfumes that was shared) Their attention to detail and thoughtful service really stood out. We left with happy memories and would gladly return again and would be happy to recommend this hotel to others.
