Horrendous experience. I booked this hotel for my wedding party to stay at, we booked at least 20 rooms. My guests had prepaid and bought the wedding package (transport home and breakfast the next morning). When my guests arrived at the hotel, their prepaid rooms had been given away and there was no other rooms for them. Many of my guests had to travel home that night. EXTREMELY UPSET with the hotel for this.

Overall, we had a good experience with the hotel; the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was good, clean and the bed was super comfy. Perfect to spend a dog show weekend.
