Could do with a update in bathrooms & bedrooms, bit tired in rooms , odd broken tiles, doors & carpets need a bit of a update Breakfast has been better on last visit the previous year, not all breakfast was out when went for breakfast 8.30-8.45am , But as i have been there before i been a enjoyable stay Just need a bit of refresh in rooms

Aleksandra was amazing at keeping us updated and well fed throughout our three day course. Thank you very much, made the trip very pleasant and enjoyable and we would happily come back again! The rooms were also very comfortable and very clean.

Great training course and stay

Was here for a three day training course. Bedrooms are clean, tidy and large. Aleksandra was very efficient with anything we needed and was always happy and chirpy. Would stay again whether it be for pleasure or on a business training course.

It was a nice warm evening and we all decided for a nice night out since the weather has been lovely. The bar staff was very confident and had the situation of multiple orders under control. Most impressed by the lads (Owen and Bogdan) which brought food to the table non stop without catching their breath showing they're doing the extra mile.

Had a lovely meal whilst on a business trip with jewson (stark building)and Kim B & Maisie were very attentive and provided get service for us! I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends and other loved ones. Great fun!!
