Love this hotel. Staff very friendly and go out of their way to look after you. Nothing to much trouble. Very clean. Breakfast a good verity of food. Staff on reception greet you with a very friendly smile. Hot chocolate on reception on arrival on a very cold day. Lovely touch.

Short Break for two nights in the lead up to Christmas. Hotel room on the 8th floor had good views of the Liver Building and the river Mersey. The lifts were fast and efficient.

Fantastic stay, great location, nice room with hot drink making facilities. Bathroom etc was very clean with bath AND shower… Very nice hotel which served a fab breakfast. Big shout out to Demi who went out of her way to ensure we had everything. Thanks Demi 😎
