We went for the ABBA voyage, pictures from the web are real, the place was clean, customer care fantastic, super clean, bar great, breakfast super, room was great, we sleep fine. Underground and buses just crossing the road.

Really comfy beds and pillows; I had requested a quiet room at back of hotel and that was no problem. I think that the breakfast arrangement is a bit chaotic and would work much better if there was a one way system put in place. Staff were so nice!

Great location for Abba Voyage, O2 and Excel...Comfy bed...Nice cafe /bar and food and drink was fairly priced as was the room..Bus station and Tube 50 yards across the road...Breakfast choice is good and served a lovely Coffee and good beer...Nice chilled vibe in the place

Everything, from the decor, to the staff, were absolutely fantastic. Myself, my partner, my father, his partner and my best friend and his partner, came for the weekend away to watch Peter Kay. Whether it’s a welcoming smile on the way in, or Ryan in reception doing everything he can to get you a hangover cure for the morning (thank you for the 12pm jugs of water), they went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this hotel. A stones throw away from the tube, and it doesn’t feel like your stereotypical ibis.
