Decent stay

Stayed for 10 nights at ibis canning town. The room was nice and mostly clean. Very good location and we got a quiet room that’s facing away from the tube station. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was affordable with a good spread of options. However there was no room and laundry service and the room lacked some necessities - phone (had to contact the front desk via WhatsApp and later on their WhatsApp phone seemed to stop working for a few days), fridge (really needed this), iron and ironing board, and safe. Also when I got uber eat and asked for a fork they refused to give me one and said only paying customers who bought food at their cafe could have it. That was a bit annoying actually. But overall a decent stay for a 3 star hotel.

Hotel room was lovely. Comfy bed and nice big shower. Nice bar area although drinks very expensive but that's expected in London. Convenient for the O2 but not much around the hotel. Shame as hotel is really nice and spotlessly clean.

Fantastic stay at this Ibis. Spotlessly clean, very friendly helpful staff, breakfast was lush! We had a full English and pastries. Particularly liked the robot hoover. Would definetly stay again. Perfect venue for the o2, one stop on the tube.

Good hotel for business stay

Stayed for work. Comfortable and clean. Everything worked. Staff were friendly. Great location opposite tube/bus station with shops and restaurants just downstairs. Good breakfast. I’d stay here again for work.

I just live nearby this hotel. I just come here for breakfast, for the Egg’s Benedict. The staff here are wonderful specially Tahir who is always very accommodating and friendly. They also serve buffet breakfast
