Great location for Abba Voyage, O2 and Excel...Comfy bed...Nice cafe /bar and food and drink was fairly priced as was the room..Bus station and Tube 50 yards across the road...Breakfast choice is good and served a lovely Coffee and good beer...Nice chilled vibe in the place

Everything, from the decor, to the staff, were absolutely fantastic. Myself, my partner, my father, his partner and my best friend and his partner, came for the weekend away to watch Peter Kay. Whether it’s a welcoming smile on the way in, or Ryan in reception doing everything he can to get you a hangover cure for the morning (thank you for the 12pm jugs of water), they went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this hotel. A stones throw away from the tube, and it doesn’t feel like your stereotypical ibis.

Great staff, great room, delicious breakfast. If you're going to a show at the O2, this hotel is the one you need. Special thanks to Thibault (not sure of the spelling sorry) who was really kind with us and gave us advices on what to visit. Ten out of ten hotel

I was absolutely blown away by the warm welcome from CURTIS, on reception, as I approached the desk he said ‘Are you Paul?’ to my surprise, he then welcomed me and my friend to the hotel, he explained everything regarding the facilities and timings of breakfast he went the extra mile of locating us both on the sane floor, he has an exemplary sense of humour and professionalism, you should be proud to have him as a member of your team. We were visiting to attend ABBA voyage and he gave us great advice regarding transportation to and from the location, which was greatly appreciated. On our return, he was still on duty and when I was looking for the rest rooms he smiled and said, ‘can I help you Paul’ again he remembered my name! As a previous customer service manager with British Airways, I was very impressed by his high standards of offering such high customer service skills, Many Thanks Curtis & Ibis hotel, Canning Town.

Great location, nice bar and good food, room was comfortable and very clean. Check in was fast and easy. Breakfast was delicious, loads of options. Friendly staff. Didn't eat there in the evening but food looked great. Really chilled vibe.
