5月21号晚上值班的，有一个比较矮小、扎头发的，好像是扎脏辫的非洲裔女生前台服务态度很不好，总是喜欢带着藐视的眼神看亚洲女生？并且找她要什么东西也是一副很高高在上的样子。我们同行入住的两个亚洲女生是被她眼神吓到了，很凶，希望劝告她一下不要那么凶，其他前台人还是很好的！我们住了九天，物资补充的不够及时，牙膏、卫生纸、水这些都要一直找前台拿，可是你们客房并没有电话？要一直跑到楼下拿。

Whilst we appreciate you bringing this to our attention, we would also like to mention that we are incredibly proud of the diversity within our team. Our colleagues come from many different backgrounds, cultures, and nationalities, and we do not believe that a person's appearance, ethnicity, or background should be associated with the quality of service they provide. We do wish the concerns regarding your interaction with our team member had been brought to our attention during your stay, as this would have allowed us to investigate the matter promptly and address it with the colleague involved. Nevertheless, thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. We will be following up internally to ensure our service standards of professionalism, respect, and hospitality are consistently upheld. We are pleased to hear that your interactions with the rest of the reception team were positive during your nine night stay. We would also like to clarify a few points regarding the amenities mentioned. Toothpaste is not a standard in room amenity, however it is available complimentary from reception upon request. As such, if additional toothpaste is required during the stay, our team will always be happy to provide it when asked. Similarly, we provide one bottle of water per room as our standard offering. This is replenished by housekeeping when the room is serviced. Should guests require additional water, our team is always happy to refill the bottle or provide extra water upon request. We are sorry if these arrangements were not clear during your stay and if this caused any inconvenience. While we do not have telephones in our rooms, guests can contact us through our online chat service by scanning the QR codes displayed on the TV screens and key wallets, in addition to visiting reception where our team is available 24/7. Nevertheless, this should not have been necessary so frequently, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your honest feedback. 都不错灯光太暗了

Hi Chenjia, Thank you for your feedback. Our Atrium rooms have windows facing the internal courtyard, which provides less natural light - some guests enjoy this for a cosier atmosphere. We completely understand that personal preferences vary, and if you prefer more natural light, we recommend our TRIBE Essential rooms, which face externally and allow more daylight into the room.
