We are pleased to hear that your interactions with the rest of the reception team were positive during your nine night stay. We would also like to clarify a few points regarding the amenities mentioned. Toothpaste is not a standard in room amenity, however it is available complimentary from reception upon request. As such, if additional toothpaste is required during the stay, our team will always be happy to provide it when asked. Similarly, we provide one bottle of water per room as our standard offering. This is replenished by housekeeping when the room is serviced. Should guests require additional water, our team is always happy to refill the bottle or provide extra water upon request. We are sorry if these arrangements were not clear during your stay and if this caused any inconvenience. While we do not have telephones in our rooms, guests can contact us through our online chat service by scanning the QR codes displayed on the TV screens and key wallets, in addition to visiting reception where our team is available 24/7. Hi Chenjia, Thank you for your feedback. Our Atrium rooms have windows facing the internal courtyard, which provides less natural light - some guests enjoy this for a cosier atmosphere. We completely understand that personal preferences vary, and if you prefer more natural light, we recommend our TRIBE Essential rooms, which face externally and allow more daylight into the room.
