One of the best cafes I’ve ever been to, I was greeted with a big smile by Lilia who warmed me up with the most delicious hot chocolate ,upon leaving she recommended that there is also a bar in the hotel on the 38th floor, the recommendation was just right, my first time in Bokan, amazing view, nice service, exceptional cocktails. I’m sure I’ll come back again, thank you!

I had the pleasure of being served by Maria and Rebeca. Both of them went above and beyond to make my experience truly enjoyable. Maria was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that my order was taken promptly and correctly. Her warm smile and positive attitude made me feel so welcome. Rebeca, on the other hand, was equally amazing. She was quick to deliver my order and checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Her professionalism and genuine care for customer satisfaction were evident throughout my visit. The teamwork between Maria and Rebecca was seamless, and their dedication to providing exceptional service really stood out. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to my friends and family, thanks to their outstanding hospitality. Great job, Maria and Rebeca!

What an amazing time we had at the Novotel Canary Wharf! It was my second stay and this time we got a room on the 32nd floor with the city view. It was perfect! The view was breathtaking, the room was spotless, and the beds comfy. We made the the most of our stay, my friend hit the gym in the morning and I went for a swim. Then we went for breakfast. The hotel was fully booked so we had to queue for breakfast but the line moved quickly and it was no bother. Everyone I encountered was very kind and helpful! Can't wait to return! This is now my go to hotel in London!

I wrote a review on here a few weeks ago saying that this place was great but that I was a bit disappointed about an insufficient refund I received after I had to check out early due to a family bereavement. The manager contacted me themselves and gave me two free days with breakfast included. Not only that but also in an executive room with free robes, a candle and a note from them. Staff were all so friendly and nice, and despite staying here 3 separate times now I will never get over the view from the rooms - you can often just sit in your room just staring out of the window towards the shard etc. Often had the pool to myself and breakfast was yummy. Thank you very much indeed.

Very conveniently located in Canary Wharf. Stayed for a business trip. The Novotel was at its usual high standards. Room very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Staff very friendly. Thank you francesca for being so welcoming and helpful.
