Disappointed

Our welcome was not as expected as it was my friends 60th birthday and it wasn't acknowledged which was very disappointing. Reception overcharged us and they ran out of milk. We also had to go outside in the rain to get to the breakfast room. The only highlight was the breakfast waiter. We bought a large bottle of prosecco and other drinks and would have appreciated a birthday drink or dessert after our meal but we weren't even congratulated even we mentioned that it was supposed to be a special occasion

Clean simple room, very convenient location. Reasonable price.

Ideal location for getting to the river (Thames Barrier specifically). The room was simple, clean, quiet and plenty large enough overnight for the two of us. Really convenient also to DLR, restaurants and bus routes, plus all the other attractions (which we didn't visit on this trip), like Cutty Sark, Maritime Museum and so on.

Great location. Very comfortable room. Slept really well. Suits us well - just right. This is good value for money all round. Happy to stay here any time I visit London. Quiet, calming and what a budget hotel should be. Will be back for sure and look forward to it.

Funky hotel, needs to invest in the basics.

Funky, well situated budget hotel, easy walking distance to Greenwich amenities and tourist sites. Great base from which to explore London by boat. Disappointed by the very bad quality mattress and smelly drains in an otherwise fine room for the price.

A very well located budget hotel

I stayed here with my daughter for nearly three weeks. It's a very well located hotel with good connectivity. Easily accessed by both tube and buses. Close proximity to market, eating places, Saintbury and ofcourse Thames river front. The staff is very cooperative and rooms are cosy. Regular cleaning and maintenance. A definite recommend place to stay during the visit to London
