I recently stayed at the Ibis and felt compelled to leave a great review. The hotel was impeccably clean, and I had a wonderful night's sleep. However, the true highlight was the staff. Their friendliness and outstanding service deserve special recognition. Sabina, in particular, was incredibly helpful. I had accidentally dropped a keyring down the sink the night before. When I mentioned it to her in the morning, she reassured me that they would try to retrieve it. A few hours after checking out, I received a phone call from the hotel informing me that they had successfully found my keyring! Thank you, Sabina, and thank you, Ibis, for going above and beyond! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with fantastic service!

Asked for early check in but needed to pay 25£ For 1h Not great service. Also could not find the booking

Not a great start. Arrived slightly early but was told the room was available. But needed to pay the extra 25£. Also waiting for the room that was not showing on the system. The floor was also very dirty

This is a budget hotel.They seem to be doing maintenance as there is letter in room. But nothing on the site when booking this is from 8am till 6pm so if you don't want to be disturbed go else where. Never seen mattress quite like it two separate ones looked like sofa cushions from a caravan. They were stained, carpet stained. walls chipped. Doors with bits of paper stuck on with door number. shower wow seat rusty looks like some one had drawn on the floor in Pen. It flooded when used. looked more like a shower you'd get on a Ferry. We had a long day travelling so we wanted to get our head down for an hour before we went to the concert. Could we do that? No someone start drilling and Hoovering. This place needs so much TLC and triple Glazing as near busy road. Heating didn't work properly staff were friendly and helpful i wouldn't stop again

My friend and I stayed here for one night. Staff on reception were lovely, very good checkin. Our room was small but very comfortable, clean, beds were very comfortable as well. Breakfast was varied. Overall, our stay was satisfactory.
