Dear Dewei W. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at Aparthotel Adagio London Stratford We are pleased that you found the location convenient, however we are sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations Regarding the drainage issue and the dishwasher, we regret that the repair request was not fully resolved during your stay. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand the frustration this caused. We have highlighted this with our maintenance team to ensure faster follow up and resolution moving forward In relation to housekeeping, we do operate an extended stay cleaning policy where full room cleaning and towel changes are provided on a scheduled basis, with additional services available upon request for a small fee. However, we appreciate that this may not have been fully clear or aligned with your expectations and we will review how this is communicated to guests We are also sorry to hear about your experience with WiFi connectivity. 酒店不单位置极佳，邻近DLR地铁站及欧洲最大的购物中心WestField，穿过购物中心去Stratford 地铁站也是10分钟路程而已；而且设置了开放式厨房，厨房麻雀虽小 五脏俱全，各种炉具、歺具、刀具应有尽有，连冰箱洗碗机也一应俱全，让我这个吃不惯西歺的人走几步路去购物中心超市买菜做饭就能低成本地去解决一日三餐；房间及设施布置得十分合理，特别是洗手间硕大的洗手盆及淋浴间在有限的空间占用比较大的面积，生活特别方便，一楼电梯口还有饮水机供应干净直饮水，周边楼也是伦敦奥运会时新建，酒店占尽奥运建设红利及便利，服务又非常周到，强烈推荐各位旅客来伦敦游玩的首选，我下次来还会选这家店的

空间够大，有厨房，提供锅碗瓢盆洗洁精抹布，非常方便。需要自己清理垃圾，如果能提供足够的垃圾袋就更好了。地理位置方面，最近的DRL地铁线班次少了些，基本都是走去稍远的straford。总体来说性价比很高了，前台服务也很nice，是个好的选择！
