Dear Rob-2483, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m very sorry to hear about the confusion and inconvenience you experienced following your attempted booking for July. I’d like to clarify that our Reservations team had indeed been in contact with you prior to your review, advising that we had encountered a technical issue during the booking process. They also provided flexibility by offering to either reinstate the reservation for July or proceed with a full refund—pending your confirmation. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to face such an issue, particularly after a smooth initial stay in April. Please rest assured that the situation was not taken lightly, and our team made every effort to communicate transparently and work toward a suitable resolution, despite the system error. We sincerely apologise once again for the inconvenience caused and would like to assure you that we remain committed to resolving this. If you haven’t yet confirmed how you’d prefer to proceed—whether to rebook for July or receive a refund—please do let us know at your earliest convenience, and we’ll ensure this is handled without further delay.
