Popped in for a quick drink before an appointment. Upon entry Staff are very welcoming and polite. Bar area has a large seating area and is located in a nice area near the river. Sultan was amazing and provided great customer service. Was great to talk to him :)

A nice place, quiet and easy to reach. People are friendly and the staff is willing to do an extra mile to help you with anything. Special thanks to Zenovia who was so very kind and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay here and will surely come back again.

Spent two nights here, check in was slow nobody on the desk for full ten minutes turns out was chatting with a colleague, checked in and paid for room , given clear directions to room, hotel facilities, location of breakfast buffet, reception staff friendly. Room was good in terms of having a dock view but lots of signs of wear and tear, it was however clean and serviceable for couple of nights no real complaints did note however the in room coffee machine didn’t work, meant to report but never got round to it, room also had a kettle and instant coffee. As others have noted you are next to City Airport so some Aircraft noise will be experienced but not that bad in my experience. Breakfast buffet was good as Ibis tend to be but during my stay busy with coach parties so a bit of a bun fight ( not literally ) for space and keeping items topped up.

Good location and setup for the Excel

Good location for the Excel and Custom House station. Rooms fairly basic, but a good size and I enjoyed the Nespresso machine! I found the welcome / check in staff to be efficient and welcoming. A particular shout out to Sultan for the sterling, efficient and cheery way he was going about things during a very breakfast time on the morning of the 2/7/24!

酒店就在Excel边，旁边有DLR线和伊丽莎白线站点。走路和拖着行李箱都可以方便快速到达。前台虽然简单，接待很热情。需要有健身需求时，前台提醒，可以用房卡到旁边的酒店前台换卡，免费使用健身房。其中有饮水、毛巾和桑拿哦。 房间内床垫和被子比较舒服，睡觉很安静。就是房间小，两人住的情况下，没有什么活动空间。 预算合适的话，入住方便。
