Stayed here in April, travel to London every week & stay in hotels, came across this one & everything seemed fine, so fine that I decided to book for another week in July. Used by Accor account to book it but at booking stage it cancelled my booking but took my money. Called the hotel & they notified me that the system made a mistake & the booking team would contact me with a proposal to either rebook the room or give me my home back. Never got the call! Got an email informing me that I need to provide that I actually ever had a booking & to send a bank statement to prove my payment. The next evening I went to the hotel & spoke to the receptionist, she took my info & told me the system had cancelled my booking. I asked her what could see do & the answer was for me to contact the booking team. I explained to her that it wasn’t my issue as it’s the hotel booking system & I would expect the hotel / booking team to contact me. I asked for a manager but there was no manager available that day. Seems legit not! Anyways Ibis own me 218 pound & I will most likely never get it. All I can say is if you want to stay in a Ibis maybe think about a Premier inn unless you like throwing money away!

Picked the hotel because it was close to the expo. The room has been kept clean troughout the entirety of the stay. Lily and Sully stand out. One made sure I felt like home while the others attention to detail made sure everything was just right.

Liliana and her team could not have been more helpful - excellent customer service., providing us with a very comfortable stay. Some of the furnishings could be more comfortable in the lounge and maybe 2 members of staff at the bar but the service was always very helpful.

No working air conditioner - only heating - no cooling.

No working air conditioner. Only heating, no cooling. I was offered another room which had the same problem. They did install a portable fan that sounds about the same as an aircraft jet engine and it didn't cool the room. It just made noise and moved the air around. I will definitely not stay here again. Even if you are going for a conference on the Excel area I advice you to find another hotel. The staff is super friendly though. If they manage to fix the AC during my stay I will remove my review. But if you are reading this. They didn't.

The hotel is a budget hotel in London, but the qualities is very good. The bed was very soft. The pillows were good and the room was extremely clean. The star of the show was Azzi who was the front of house person when I went there he was extremely accommodating extremely knowledgeable and is a credit to the ibis. Also he gave me some free cookies which always helps. The bar food was a good quality and not overly expensive. I’ll definitely stay here again. Also, it’s only a stones throw from London City Airport with a short ride on the light railway to get there.
