The hotel is easy to find and travel to. It is close to the train stations and Excel Exhibition Centre! Very lovely hotel with very nice and polite staff. They were very helpful and useful. The rooms were very clean and tidy and smelt very fresh. Would 100% recommend. 10/10

The location is perfect if you attend an event at ExCel - it's within easy walking distance, and so is Custom House DLR Station. My room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very simple. Not what you'd expect at a four-star hotel. Dinner was quite good. The front desk and restaurant staff did their job but were neither really friendly or professional. Most of them didn't look very motivated.

Even was a wonderful server, and food was spectacular. Best salmon I’ve ever had. I have stayed before and the pillow situation isn’t much better - just friendly feedback - they are lumpy and hard. We need that little bit of comfort in a strange sleeping environment. But I can’t knock the rest of the hotel Staff are wonderful!

We had a great stay during WTM 2024! We had great service by the meetings team and all the staff was really helpful in everything we needed for our meeting room, which was also an excellent choice for our business meetings. The bad experience ever

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room cleanliness is terrible, the bed mattress seems like it hasn’t been changed in years, and the pillows are disgusting and flat. The bed has an unpleasant smell, and the price of the stay is extremely high for such a poor experience. The reception staff are unfriendly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I even discussed canceling the rest of my stay, but no one responded, as their only concern seems to be money. I will be posting photos and a review on TripAdvisor.
