Staff were lovely, but our room (29) had no curtains. We arrived after midnight and then woke early with the morning sun. It was a lovely room.but lacking this essential piece of furniture. For £230 a night, I would have expected this to be standard.

Well located and convenient hotel. Good onsite parking. Helpful staff. We were allocated a disabled room which whilst spacious, lacked shelving etc in the bathroom to put any toiletries on which made life difficult.

Fantastic location and very friendly, hospitable staff. Great to have the outdoor pool on a hot day after visiting the beautiful town and port of Dinan. Everything appeared perfect, except air con didn’t appear to work - it certainly was not cool in the room, and there was a horrible chemical smell like string smell of plastic. Were they new carpets and it was the glue? We had to leave the window open as it was so pungent and I was concerned that we were inhaling chemicals! We were also split as a family with our kids in a separate room on a different corridor when we wanted them closer to us. We booked a premier room, but they couldn’t fulfil the request. This is the first time it’s ever happened to us. The corridors need to be re-decorated like the rooms. Old carpets, scuffed walls and vents which have been damaged. The staff were amazing and made up for these deficiencies.

Michaela is a credit to this hotel. She was so polite & professional on the Saturday we arrived & so efficient in arranging our rooms for our family of six, even though she had such a heavy workload with so many other people also arriving she made it look easy.

The hotel is in a perfect location, very quiet, a short walk uphill to the centre of Dinan, friendly staff. There is a very big car park (no parking problems even with larger cars).The only downside was that the hotel room and corridors were really in need of refurbishment, but for a short stay this was not a problem. Maybe also worth signalling a very strange and persistent smell in the room (we couldn't figure out what it was or where it came from) that did not disappear even with a window open.
