We were able to get early check-in which was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and obliging. Only hiccup was being charged full rate when I'd used points for the stay.

The location is great and the room was comfortable. I just got annoyed with some of the basics: I originally agreed to become an Accor member as it offered a 5% discount. I was sent an email to register details but the hyperlink was broken and I couldn't find a way to get around the process. I also wanted to get the pre-arranged breadfast for $35, but again the process didn't work so I ended up paying a la carte prices. The wifi is either basic or Accor member; since the member process didn't work I used the basic service which is sub-standard. I had to resort to using my phone on 5G as a hotspot. The breakfast was OK, but neither my wife or I enjoyed it very much. We also had dinner at the restaurant - again OK but rather ordinary and we wouldn't dine there again. Overall, not a premium experience.
