Stayed at this beautiful hotel while attending a conference in Shanghai in January, What to thank the Manager Rachel and front desk worker Molly for Going out of there way to make my wife and I feel very comfortable....even sending fruit fruit and candy to welcome us! This Hotel is a excellent place to stay while visiting Shanghai, the room was lovely, very clean and spacious!

The hotel is majestic, with a wonderful design in the lobby, the restaurant and in the rooms. The breakfast has plenty of options. In terms of location, it is easy to access the train station and the airport by taxi within 15min, and then take a metro to the city (35min). We enjoyed a lot the Club Millesime, and want to mention Jenny who was very kind and professional. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
