ห้องพัก และอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ภายในห้องพักค่อนข้างเก่าจนน่าตกใจค่ะ พื้นมีรอยเปื้อนทำให้ดูไม่สะอาด ที่นอนยุบตัว บุ๋ม หมอนที่แบน จึงทำให้ดู Novotel สาขานี้ดูต่ำกว่ามาตรฐานค่ะ แต่พนักงานน่ารักนะคะ บริการดี
