Amazing service from jojoe, new, and rang… took pictures of me and my girlfriend, suggested amazing drinks, and we loved the food. Most definitely a must visit stop in Phuket.

Was very easy to access from taxi, reception desk was very helpful and could answer any questions and queries we had. SHE was great and all information was provided an we where very happy with the service that was provided from the second we stepped out the text. Upon arrival I had been messaging the hotel via the booking.com website and they were super helpful! A big shoutout to SHE at the front desk she was amazing

I had a very good stay overall, largely because of the outstanding professionalism and kindness of the staff. During an unrelated incident outside the hotel involving a third party, San went above and beyond by paying 1,000 THB out of his own pocket to help resolve the situation quickly and protect us from further stress. That level of personal generosity and responsibility is rare and deserves special recognition. Por was equally exceptional. She handled the situation calmly and professionally, did an amazing job de-escalating tensions, and made sure everything stayed as safe and smooth as possible. Her composure and care genuinely made a difficult moment much easier. Aside from that incident, the hotel itself was excellent: • The breakfast was good, with a solid variety and well maintained • Room cleaning was consistent and thorough • Room quality was very good — clean, comfortable, and well designed Overall, this is a well-run hotel with staff who genuinely care about guests. San and Por in particular are a real credit to the hotel, and their actions left a very strong positive impression. I would happily stay here again.
