This hotel is as luxurious as you would expect. The staff were so welcoming and very kind and made sure I utilize everything they have to offer. As an ALL Diamond member, they showed extra care and made sure my stay was amazing. Big shout out to Julian who gave us an amazing gift and for being helpful and thorough with everything and to Nat as well for being very kind and attentive.

Our stay over the Christmas period was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, the team made my wife, our young son, and me feel completely at home — it genuinely felt like a home away from home. This was our son’s first Christmas, and I had asked if the room could be set up with a Christmas theme. What we walked into completely exceeded our expectations — a beautiful Christmas tree, thoughtful gifts, and special festive touches that made the entire day feel incredibly magical and memorable. It’s something we’ll always remember as a family. The level of care and attentiveness from the team was outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they checked in with us daily to make sure we were happy and comfortable. A special thank you to Julian, Dew, Cindy, and Anton — they were absolutely brilliant and truly went above and beyond. Honestly, some of the best hotel staff we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. If you’re travelling as a couple or with young children and want a place that genuinely cares, I couldn’t recommend Pullman Panwa highly enough. Thank you for making our Christmas so special 🎄✨
