Pullman Panwa is situated in a quiet, relaxing location enjoying sea views. The welcoming staff, Anton, Nat, Tippy & Prayer, are always helpful. Dining staff including Ahn, Kate, Aoy, Noona,Kik, Kan,Nanny & kuang were great. Will come again.

The Pullman Panwa is a lovely resort the beach is easy to swim in There is lots of stairs and hills so if you have problems with stairs this isnt the resort for you Rooms where comfortable a bit modern for my taste (we stayed here in 2013 and the decor was more Thai inspired) Food was great we had all inclusive from Luxury escapes there where a few things that where extra if you wanted but we where happy with the selections same with the free flow hour drinks selected drinks only The service was great a bit slow serving food but who is in a rush on holiday right. Quite part of Phuket which is what we where after but its only a 30min taxi to the hustle of Patong Across the road is a pharmacy massage places restaurant and small store that sold basic things So if your looking for a quite place with a nice beach and great service The Pullman Panwa is the place to go

ห้องพักอยู่ในทำเลดีค่ะ บรรยากาศสงบ เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน พนักงาน nice ทุกคน ตั้งแต่พนักงานต้อนรับ อธิบายรายละเอียดการเข้าพัก พนักงานที่บาร์ด้านบนพูดคุยให้คำแนะนำไวน์ดีมากค่ะ และพนักงานที่ห้องอาหาร พนักงานใส่ใจ คอยมองตัวผู้เข้าพัก สังเกตและให้บริการดีมากๆค่ะ ประทับใจมาก และอาหารเช้าที่มีความหลากหลายทำให้รู้สึกอยากตื่นเช้ามากิน ไว้มีโอกาสจะมาอีกครั้ง

I am still at the hotel while writing this review. I am delighted with my stay, right from the check-in experience. Takky informed me of all I needed to know to ensure that I could enjoy the hotel's facilities and activities. She even escorted us to the room, and to our surprise, they prepared a belated birthday amenity for my husband, thanks to the Welcomer team, particularly Micky and Nat. They also invited us to a social event for members. To my surprise, the general manager was welcoming the members, which is rare nowadays—he does lead by example. As for breakfast, Kate and the pregnant lady (sorry, I did not get her name) did not fail to ask how our sleep was. We also tried the pool bar service; it was very polite and efficient. Lastly, we tried the Tamarind Restaurant; Vin provided good recommendations, love the lobster and lobster ravioli. But the Nan's service was amazing too. Thank you, Pullman Team! Keep the heartist spirit high.

Very nice staff including :Yang,Pun,Champ i recommend ❤️ Very clean restort and very welcoming ,one of the best ones i've been . Room service and breakfast are also very good and recommend the Stir fried basil with beef . They also have a large variety for breakfast choices . And a wonderful beach and many activities to do in ur free time
