Big disappointment

We stayed at the Pullman Panwa Beach Resort in early April. The bay is very beautiful and the beach is practically all to ourselves. Perfect for those with children because the water remains shallow, calm and very transparent. Large, clean rooms with a nice view of the bay. Unfortunately, however, the bar and restaurant service was not up to par for a complex of this level. The poolside bar and restaurant service had long and uncoordinated service times. It is not possible to wait two hours for a meal and with the dishes being delivered at different times, so much so that there were those who had already finished lunch and those who had not been served anything. To get water on the table it took at least 15 minutes if you then ordered a cocktail even 30 minutes. Often ordering a drink by the pool was almost impossible after 2 hours, actually, our drink had still not arrived even after several reminders. And finally, a week after the end of the stay I received an email asking me to pay for a drink that they had forgotten to add to the final bill at check-out. Without words!!! I hope that the management to whom I have sent all my complaints makes profound changes because in this situation I absolutely would not recommend it

Really good service !! Big Thank for May , Tee , Fahad ,Prae and Anton for the best service and friendliness, the bellman team Don and Yang for their help. The hotel location is peaceful and the beach is the best. The breakfast is variety and very delicious.

Panwa Beach

Really enjoyed staying at the Panwa Beach Pullman. The pool villa was great. The size of the private swimming pool was just perfect to enjoy, All other pools in the resort were great too. The resort had lots of great activities like kids club, giant chess, kayaking, peddle boarding, pool table, shuttle bus to Phuket Town. Breakfast had great selection and everything tasted delicious. The food at the restaurant for lunch and dinner had decent selection and it was always delicious. The only thing i found negative is that the bed was super hard and the aircon was blowing directly onto the bed. Also considering they did some fogging one day while we were there we still all managed to get some mosquito bites during the night.

One of the most comforting stay ❤️

What sets this resort apart is the people who work here. We were greeted by NAT and US with smiling faces and they did everything possible to ensure we get good rooms next to each other. My family joined me 2 days later. I had upgraded my room to a deluxe suite. Mathew ensured that we were given the best view room in the Resort. We were surprised with decoration and a cake for our anniversary celebrations. Mattew was always available and ensured that we had the most comfortable experience. He even recommended a few places and took an extra step to ensure we were comfortable even during our late check out. Recommended for all leisure travellers. 5 stars 🌟

We’re very impressed with the facilities and services. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is big and beautiful. Our room got upgraded to be a pool villa sea view which is super awesome! Breakfast room has wide variety of food. They have kayak boats and paddle boards for hotel guests at the beach for free! Our housekeeping maid’s name is Tar. She did a good job in keeping our room clean and neat. Overall we love this hotel and will definitely come back!
