Upon check up when I cannot Entered the 14th Level, not knowing my card wasn't detected. I'm lucky one of your staff coming down (the elevator bring me to the highest level since Ibis staff push the button to go down). I'm so tired for like 7 hours journey from Putrajaya. Thanks to the staff that help me. I did request the coffee machine and next tomorrow they don't top coffee capsule and tea. Not interested to request again. Normally it will default top up. The soap for shower is hard to press and not so much u can get as u have to press so many times. Other that i just love the room, the tv channel, iron board in a room and wish sejadah also provide since u provide the Al Quran. Room is clean and bed is so comfortable. I wish that I get the balcony room but probably is full.
