I’m grateful that our staff was able to assist you promptly when you couldn’t enter the 14th level after your long journey from Putrajaya. We strive to make our guests' stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, and your feedback helps us improve our services. I will ensure our housekeeping team is reminded to regularly replenish amenities like coffee capsules and tea. Additionally, we will review the soap dispensers in the shower to ensure they are functioning properly.
