But your Counter Staff can be more Accommodating as I arrive in the Early morning and give me Room if available as only giving in the Afternoon

We even had them served food for the Chief Minister of Kelantan. The office was happy with lunch especially the Ketua Menteri of Kelantan state.

Location is quite well located. I would suggest to have different floors to cater for families with children so that they would disturb other guests.
