It was a good stay overall. However, I noticed some areas for improvement during breakfast, which was not during a peak time. No staff came to clear the dirty plates from my table, which was quite small and became crowded as I continued eating. Although staff members were present, they seemed to be engaged in conversation until I specifically called them over to clear the plates. I hope this can be addressed, as it impacts the overall perception of your service.

I stay here once a month. The rate is decent. The location is good and the rooms are clean. Realiable wifi for work and video calls. The only negative was that I was not acknowledged as an All Accor silver member, and did not receive any of the benefits during check-in (fast check in, free drink, etc). Check in process was slow, I think there was an issue with the NRIC scanner. This (not acknowledging loyalty members) is a common oversight by this hotel. They'll fix it one month, then forgets it again the following month. I understand that there are new employees, but I hope they'll standardise the SOP on this.

At first we were checked in to a standard room. However, the toilet flushing was not working after the technician checked to confirm. They immediately replaced the room with an upgrade to family room. Good decision. Keep it up!

Dislike newly upgraded of board blocking! The room become small and cramped! Prefer the old looks of the room that are more spacious although with small room design.
