Tuvieron un pequeño lío con los precios aplicables a la reserva a la hora del check in. Finalmente nos atendió Frank, empleado que hablaba español y pudieron visualizar correctamente la reserva y aplicarnos el precio correcto. Muchas gracias por la gestión, la paciencia y la amabilidad para solucionar nuestro problema. Quizá lo mejor del hotel es que está al lado de la estación de Sloterdijk, con muy buenos enlaces a todas direcciones, y también destaco el desayuno en la 8ª planta, sala muy tranquila y desayuno buffet muy rico. La comodidad es media, la habitación familiar para 4 personas es funcional y poco más, pero correcta. Todo bien en general.

Fue una experiencia corta pero muy agradable. Lo unico la calefacción no calentaba mucho.
