El hotel y la habitacion muy bien. lo unico que no se corresponde es lo muy regular del Desayuno. Poca variedad y seleccion

Mi esposa regresó a la habitación para hacer uso del baño, abre la puerta de la habitación y un empleado que hacía la limpieza empieza a gritar y señalar que no podia entrar y, ella explicó que necesitaba usar el baño de la habitacion sin que el dejara de gritar y tirar los elementos de limpieza al piso junto con el balde. Dejo la habitación desarreglada. A los minutos regresó junto a otra empleada dijo para dejar unas toallas, y seguía, su actitud agresiva y esta vez metiendo las manos en la cara y, si la empleada junto a el no lo detenia, creo que la hubiera llegado a golpear. Eso no es todo, sin embargo, CUando presenté de manera inmediata la queja en el counter y el gerente dijo que tenia que corroborar las dos versiones....y , lo cual deja mucho que desear y hasta el dia de nuestra salida no tuvimos ninguna respuesta ni explicación a este comportamiento impropio de un hotel como Swisotel, del que hemos sido clientes en varios países. Frente a nuestra insistencia en hablar con el gerente, el se negó a atenderme diciendo que no resuelve problemas de house keeping y envió a una señora para decir que lo sentía.que el empleado que me ha agredido había tenido un día difícil y había estado estresado. Esto vuelve inaceptable el comportamiento no solamente de un mal empleado del hotel sino de sus administradores y responsables que tampoco dieron la atención y respuesta debidas, en ningún momento, sin embargo de que estaban conscientes del problema.

I am deeply sorry to hear about the issues you faced during your recent stay. Each guest' satisfaction is our top priority, and it is truly disheartening to learn that certain aspects of your experience did not meet our usual high standards. The behavior of our housekeeping staff, as you described, is completely the opposite of what you can expect while staying with us. Please know that this is not reflective of the hospitable and welcoming environment we strive to create. I will personally find out what happened and which colleague was involved who showed this unwanted behavior. I do personally offer my sincere apologies for not having approached you during your stay as the situation was not shared directly with me. Buena. Habitacion incomoda. Faltaba refrigeración. Desayuno no incluido y costoso. Recepción sin la debida iluminación. Baño pequeño. Personal amable.

We understand that breakfast is an important part of the hotel experience and, although it is not included in the rate, we pride ourselves on the quality and variety of our breakfast, with options to suit all tastes. We are sorry if the lighting at the reception was not to your liking; Our goal is to create a welcoming and intimate environment for our guests.
