Ibis Irapuato is by far the worst experience I had in the more of 25 years as guest because of the staff. An associate called Dennys never replies emails, ignore requests, and should never be part of the Accor Team. The buildings is new, but managed by the worst employees I have the dishonor to meet. If you want to go to Irapuato, stay at Best Western.

It was a pleasant experience overall. People were friendly, helpful and polite --I appreciate that. The room seemed clean; however, upon a closer inspection, I found small sauce packages in the closet. Also, being welcome in the room with at least a small bottle of water would be nice.
