This hotel and it's staff make my stays feel like home.From check-in to check out.Nothing is too much trouble.The reception guys are great.MS Lan And r rMs Hang are just so friendly and take the time to discuss your day your stay and every else.They make you leave with a spring in your step.Mr Ling on the 17th floor does everything to make you feel a welcomed guest and again takes his time to engage with you in the friendliest of manners.Last night we really kept him up far too late and hehe left with a smile and a wave. Even the deputy general manager has gone above and beyond to help us find some essential materials we required Great place because of its people.

We took a one night stay at this property: Cleanliness - 10/10 Staff - 10/10 - Very courteous & helpful, they had a tailored vegan breakfast packaged for us to suit our dietary preferences. Room - 9/10 - Good & clean rooms. Location - Very well located with easy accessibility near cafés, restaurants & shopping streets/plazas. Value for Money - 9/10

2件の訪問先に近く選んだが、周りに何もなく勤務後は不便。バスタブがなくシャワーのみ。朝食はこのクラスとホテルとしては標準的。受付スタッフの数が少なく夜間到着時はこれまた不便。改善してほしい。

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We understand that it may not be ideal for some guests that our hotel is located a little further away from the city centre, however, we feel that it offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown. In the hotel, we provide bathtub but from Apartment One Bed Room level up. For the staff, we do apologize that our staff checkin was not met your expectation during late night. 今回1ベッドルームを初めて利用したが、広くゆったりできた。バスタブ付きも最高。ただし、洗濯機の洗剤が部屋にあれば良かった。
