An iconic hotel just in front of the opera of Hanoi. Plenty of people come around to take pictures of themselves ... funny. Rooms are comfortable, clean. Don't expect too much about the swimming pool (only a few seats and no real view but you don't go to hanoi for that). Nice and pro staff, good restaurant inside the hotel and very comforable bar with snacks. only negative point : there is next door a bar, with very loud music during the night (bass) which makes the night very unforcomforable (the wall are even tembling ... )

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had a lovely Holiday atmosphere. They even gave us holiday tea and cookies.The breakfast buffet was also very good with many and hight quality choices. The location is very convenient close to main attractions.

朝食がとても美味しかったです。特にフランスパンの出来が良いと思いました。 ランドリーが2pcまでフリーですが、東南アジアの多くのホテルでは4~5pcをフリーとしているところが多いので、少し増加できると良いと思いました。

Such an uneducated and misbehaviour staff. If he did study well, he might have a better morality. Sometimes when you're trying to be nice, but some people will not let you do that. Don't hesitate to tell them their fault, or not, they absolutely think that they are right and insult you. Be a nice but wise customer

You guys should better change your staff attitude. Such awful behaviour, yelling at the others. Definitely not highly recommend this place. I don't think that is hard to be polite and behave gently. last time there. much upset this time =))0
