We had a great stay and wonderful family dinner, we'd like to thank all very kind front office team, the night shift Mr Nam, and the Satine team Mr Hung and Ms Linh, with the wonderful room arrangement, photocopy assistance, and the 10 out of 10 service from Mr Hung and the team, our family enjoyed great food and perfect service throughout the night and witnessed the stunning ceiling decoration in the property.

Beautifully appointed hotel. Close to everything. Wonderful staff. Restaurant served authentic and flavoursome Vietnamese cuisine. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The concierge were fluent in English and extremely helpful. We loved happy hour - two cocktails for the price of one!

Great hotel with just outstanding customer service from everyone I interacted with. Between the front desk and concierge and the restaurant, everyone was eager to help, no matter what. I was also there during typhoon Yagi and the staff was so reassuring and even stayed overnight in the hotel to ensure no interruption to staffing. The breakfast buffet is great and the restaurant is good for lunch/dinner too though expensive for Vietnam. The rooms are very nice as well. My only critique is that the lobby smelled a little of smoke which I didn’t like, but maybe that was just the smell coming in from smokers from the outside.

We stayed in a suite which was spacious, the reception staff were super friendly, breakfast was great, everyone was so warm and welcoming. The complementary offer including free cocktails and tapas plates in the bar in the evening, which seemed unlimited - provided perfect start to Vietnam holiday.

Helpful staff and very friendly. Clean and well kept. Comfortable beds and amenties. Great location for attractions and tours. Transport transfer was easy and affordable. Highly recommend to my friends who are looking for accommodation.
