Excellent location in the French Quarter. Fabulous hotel with the comfiest bed and the friendliest staff. Our room was excellent, the toiletries are fabulous and the hotel is 5 Star. Heated toilets downstairs are a nice touch. We definitely recommend a stay here.

Wonderful hotel in great location in Hanoi. The hotel is beautiful, rooms extremely clean and well appointed. Bed VERY comfortable. The hotel food was great - the buffet breakfast had amazing variation! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Hanoi.

This Hotel is a lovely place, breakfast is wonderful with plenty of choice. The plug sockets are fine for the British 3 pin. The position of the hotel is very central close to all restaurants and shops. Huge problem was the late night to early morning constant loud thumping music from the bars outside. We was there for nights and the sleep for two nights was a real problem. When you have flown for many hours and the jet lag sets in quilty of sleep is a must.

Lovely hotel. Theatre like feel everywhere including in the bedroom. The decor was a little bit dark for my liking but very clean. The downside was the bed. You need a stepping ladder to climb the bed. Very high especially if you have knee problem 😁😁 Breakfast was yummy and all the usual items. Location of the hotel was great for local restaurants and night shopping.
