A very nice hotel in a perfect location, juat about 2 km from Hanoi train station. Lots of cafe, shopping, food, spa in walking distance. Staffs ate very nice and attentive. Ms.LYNH at the bar is an outstanding staff. The other staffs are excellent as well.

This place is well maintained, very close to the Old Quarter which makes it very convenient. The staff here are super nice, very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. Special mention about Minh and Nyuyen. They went out of their way to help us when we lost a mobile phone in a hail cab. We didn't even know the cab detail. They talked and arranged to deliver the phone to the hotel with only the local number we got in the phone when we landed. I'll definitely recommend this property for it's location and the exemplary customer service.

Noisy rooms!

Stayed here for one night - wasn’t given any upgrade. Booked the Superior hotel room as read reviews proclaiming that the soundproofing was good and the hotel was quiet but this must only apply to the top floor as have been barraged with noises from inconsiderate guests since after midnight. Placed in room 611, which is a corner room, and assured this was a quiet room but can hear all sorts of banging from the neighbors upstairs and next door. Oh, you can hear their chit chatter as well, which is not a great thing at 5:50am! Contacting the front desk was useless as still heard banging noises after. The only plus is the comfy bed, and the heater, but the sleep quality due to the poor soundproofing was abysmal. Not coming back.

Friendly and efficient front desk. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. breakfast in the dinining room offers a great selections of fresh foods catering for all tastes. Dining in the restaurant is a pleasure with an an a La carte menu of fresh beautifully presented dishes.

仕事の出張で11泊しました。初日バスタブにお湯を溜めていると途中からお湯が出なくなり、スタッフに来てもらって直してもらうと20分待ったら使用可能となるとのことでお湯が出るようになりました。これが次の日もその次の日も続き、フロントでクレームして根本的に修理するようリクエストすると、次の日には完全に修理して、以降問題なく使用できるようになりました。スタッフのみなさんのちゃんとした対応には感謝しています。でも本来は事前にチェックしておいて頂ければよかったなと思います。 フロントもレストランも清掃のスタッフの方もすべてとても丁寧でちゃんとした対応をして頂き感謝です。さすがアコーホテルズのスタッフですね。
