The hotel is beautiful and great. The staffs are good and polite! The staff of the club lounge are Ms Huong, Ms Nhi, Anh, Mr Hieu, Chau and Ms Ngoc. They helped with the drinks in the club lounge and others too! I also would like to thank the Engineering, Mr Nam who do our aircon room to be cooler even the Hanoi weather is cold. Lastly I also will like to thank the housekeeping, Ms Thoa who clean our room everyday as to make the room clean and neat! Thank you so much to them!

The restaurant at 1st floor the food are hot and fresh. The staffs are very polite and helpful in the restaurant are Ms Ha - (Assistant Manager), Ms Ngoan -(Supervisor), Ms Hang -(Supervisor), Ms Quynh, kitchen team: Ms Cia and Mr Hang. They done the hard boiled eggs and the carrots juice. Very good. The food are hot and fresh. The hotel room is big and spacious. The concierge staff is super helpful when I need help urgently as his name Viet. This hotel is worth to stay!

ラウンジで仕事をする時間が多かったのですが、スタッフの皆さんが気を遣ってくださり、飲み物やビュッフェ皿の交換など、細かい気配りをしてくださいました。また、チェックイン・チェックアウト時もスムーズに対応していただき、心から感謝申し上げます。

I am sorry to report that this Hotel was a huge disappointment First unless you are coming here for business it is not in the tourist part of town but is close to all the embassies. Grab cars are easily available and I preferred them to Grab Bikes mainly because it felt safer, the traffic here in Hanoi is insane. The staff try hard, but frequently don;t listen to requests of instructions. Case in point I had to check out at 12 today so booked what should have been an hours foot massage in the hotel spa. I am a vocal coach so consider my spoken English to be clear and understandable. After 30 mins the therapist stopped and when I asked why, I understood I had paid reception for an hours service, there was huge confusion which destroyed the relaxing atmosphere I had hoped for. Reception apologised but it was the final straw for me. Likewise in the restaurant, there were mistakes made in orders placed, not by everybody but more than not. At dinner Menus were offered, and I was asked if I would like to order before I had even looked. Many items were n/a, though the food when it arrived was very good and had been freshly cooked. The room was OK though a little tired, and the IT guy had to come and spent 45 minutes trying to get the TV & Internet to work. This should not be the case in what claims to be a 5* hotel. If there is an HDMI socket on the desk it should simply be plug and go. I will however praise the young receptionist who checked me in, I cannot remember her name, but I asked for a quiet room away from the construction which is going on on one side of the hotel. She kindly gave me a top floor room as far away from the noise as it was possible to get. I have stayed at Pullman Hotels before and always been very impressed and enjoyed them, this one unfortunately does not make the grade.

Regarding the spa service, we regret that the therapist misunderstood your request and ended the treatment prematurely. This mistake originated from a miscommunication at reception, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion that disrupted what should have been a relaxing experience. We also apologize for the dining service issues, including mistakes in orders and the lack of attentiveness. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will be conducting further training with our team to ensure they work more carefully and with greater emotional intelligence to provide a smoother and more thoughtful service. Concerning the room facilities, we acknowledge that the condition and technical issues were not up to standard. We are addressing this with our engineering team to prevent recurrence. Finally, we apologize for the checkout experience. This was handled by a newly joined trainee, and we hope to seek for your forgiveness in this shortcoming service situation. We recognize the inconvenience this caused and will ensure better supervision and training so that future departures are seamless. On a positive note, we are glad that our receptionist was able to provide you with a quiet room away from the construction, and we appreciate your recognition of her effort. Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. It helps us identify where we fell short and take corrective action.
