Nice hotel with covenient route access to center of Hanoi. Nice, friendly and helpful staff, especially Cuong. He took care our team very well.

部屋の清潔さや設備等も全体的に良かったし、朝食も美味しかった。 数少ない不満点は 1.明け方のバスルームで、便器近くの壁の天井から水滴が垂れている・バスルームで天井シャワーから水滴が垂れている時間帯があった。 2.部屋のパンフレットにプールは6時から入れると書いてあったのに、6時半頃行ったら「8時から」と言われた。

The water dripping issue in the bathroom has been reported to our engineering team for immediate inspection and correction. Regarding the swimming pool, please allow me to clarify, the pool is indeed open from 6:00am. Unfortunately, during your visit at 6:30am, our staff were still cleaning the pool and mistakenly informed you that it opened at 8:00am. We sincerely apologize for this miscommunication and the inconvenience it caused. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve both our facilities and staff training.
