I work as a pilot and stayed more than 100 hotels during last 10 years. Compared to its price Pullman Hanoi is the best hotel I have ever stayed. Let me tell you why. Many people expect everything to be perfect when they stay in a hotel but once you spend enough time in hotels you get to realize even in the most luxurious ones things can get broken, depreciate or may be they are just not your taste. In my opinion, here the game changer is the people who welcome you and comfort you when you are far away from home and your loved ones. They accommodate you, host you, and help you when you need. I want to specially thank Cuong from concierge and others in the front office for making me feel super welcomed every time I stayed here(I visited 4 times).

トランジットで寝るだけのつもりでしたが、 アップグレードして頂き広い部屋に泊まれました。他の方がレビューで書いてある通り新しさは有りませんでしたが、問題無く快適に静かに過ごせました。アップグレードのお礼にルームサービスを注文しようとしましたが、選択肢が少なく注文しませんでした。pullman Saigon centerと比べても少ないと感じました。 朝6時にラウンジに向かったのですが、エレベーターが止まらずに結局ラウンジには行けずに終わってしまいました。 次回は夜ラウンジを楽しむ為に宿泊出来ればと思います。

スタッフ、特にラウンジのスタッフの対応が素晴らしい。立地も良く、部屋も広い部屋にアップグレードしてもらえた。朝食もとてもおいしかった。部屋のバスタブの栓が壊れていてお湯を溜められなかった。建物が古いところで1点引いて9点だが、トータルではとても満足。また泊まりたい。

First time here and only for a short stay. Pretty good impression, though didn't have time to check out all the facilities. Modern conveniences abound, and proximity to many local outlets/restaurants. Nearby park is great to explore, and so are the many cafes around.

This hotel is quietly well located, I have been staying here for long time and staff are so well courteous and humble . Front desk Ms.Loan is quite well mannered and handles swiftly check in as well as any other query if being asked. She is quite polite and humble. Hotel has very good tidy and cleanliness with good gym, I like doing breakfast here as it has many options including vegetarian food.
