ほとんど，文句はないのですが一点だけ。シャワーの温度コントロールに難があります。 最初は冷たいので熱い方にレバーをもっていくとしばらくするととても熱くなり快適な 温度にするのに手間がかかりました。これをどうにかすれば完璧かと思います。

ハノイの中心部ではなく西側に用務がある人にとって，かなり便利な場所にあり，最近開通したモノレールを試乗することができました．徒歩圏内で行けるインドチャイナのショッピングモールは高島屋が運営していることもあり，日本人には便利な場所だと思います．

However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the disposal of your personal items during housekeeping. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with your prescription medication. Please rest assured that we will address this issue with our housekeeping team to ensure that no personal belongings are disposed of without prior consent.
