However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the disposal of your personal items during housekeeping. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with your prescription medication. Please rest assured that we will address this issue with our housekeeping team to ensure that no personal belongings are disposed of without prior consent. In the future, we will make sure to communicate more clearly with guests about any items that are left out and avoid any misunderstanding.
