My stay at this facility has just started. I am here for a corporate event. Concierge service is non existent. Pulled the bags out of the ride all the way into the lobby and then up to my room. Check in took way longer than required when the reception desks were free. Customer care refused complimentary water despite my attempt to explain that I needed it for personal health/medical purposes. I was asked to walk to the nearest Circle K (7 Eleven) to get water which I had to (this is my first such experience after years of travel in the region). Not an auspicious start. Will update the review based on my complete experience once I check out in about 6 days.

Very Good Hotel, Staff of this hotel is very nice and understand english as well, special thanks to General Manager (Ms. Linh Dang) of this hotel as she accepted our request for Indian breakfast and served the same very next morning. She is very humble and nice lady. On our 1 call she came to reception while we were checking out and helped us lot.

The a/c in our Apartment never worked at 22.5 C. on reporting they ultimately dropped in a FAN, as the man war requested to connect it in-between two beds in their Apartment type room, he was unhappy. He could not connect as the fan chord was much shorter than needed. So, he looked at me--- I said , you need to get an extension chord, he posed not to understand English. ultimately, he was convinced to solve the issue and after a wait for 20 minutes this guy came back with an extension chord. For that night we slept with a FAN, in an expensive, non-functional A/C room. The front dest that evening at all Male workers, all silly RUDE. Next morning, I went back and found a Lady manager, she came to the room with their TECHNICIAN ( he was in the room previous evening and did not fix the issue and posed not to understand ENGLISH-- Cheat). This man fiddled around with two AC's but the room could not be at 22-23 C, much higher, about 28-30C. But the Lady manager was nicer than previous night's staff-- all MALE, bloody Rude. She helped us for many other booking to find decent hotels in various cities we were planning for next 28 days trip in Vietnam. The rude male lot of previous night were TOTALLY un-helpful even in solving the A/C issue. We have used Novotel --Accor group of hotels in the past 20 years as an ACCOR MEMBER but never faced issues as it was in Saigon.

Terribly rude staff and people. Right from the day we checked in we felt some negative behaviour towards Indians. Checkin wasn't smooth Breakfast buffet has indian food but it tastes so bad that none of the Indian guests even touched it. Hard idlis and poori were like some roasted papad. They need to be more friendly and hire some good indian chef to prepare indian food and understand indian tastes since nearly 40 to 50 % guests were indians
