Booked for 8 nights and had a great stay overall. The location is excellent, both the airport bus (6015) and Myeongdong subway station are within a 5-minute walk. Despite being so central, the hotel is on a quiet side street, away from the busy main road, which I really appreciated. The room is small but manageable. The bed is comfortable, the shower has strong water pressure, and I liked that the toilet is separate. The staff are very polite and helpful, and housekeeping did a great job keeping my room clean. One downside: I booked a Standard Room, and the photos on Agoda showed a city view, but the room I got had no view at all, just the building next door. I slept well, but staying for a week without seeing anything outside did feel a bit like sleeping in a box 😅

이비스 스타일치곤 냉장고도 있고 깨끗하고 전반적으로 편한데 창밖이 다른건물로 막혀있음 오랜만에 아코르계호텔에 묶었는데 그닥 매력적이지않음

전체적 직원 응대가 미흡함 차량 주차시 안내가 미흡했고 주차까지 기다리는 게 짜증이 났나봄 표정에서 보임 체크아웃때도 여자직원은 표정이 썩었음 체크아웃 도중에도 남자 동료랑 웃고 얘기함 주차된 차량 안내도 없이 체크아웃만 하고 쳐다도 안봄

고객님께서 투숙 후 남겨주신 소중한 의견에 깊이 감사드립니다. 무엇보다 리셉션 및 전반적인 직원 응대가 미흡하여 실망을 드린 점에 대해 진심으로 사과드립니다. 차량 주차 안내 과정에서 충분한 설명이 이루어지지 않았고, 대기 시간 동안 직원의 표정과 태도로 인해 불쾌감을 느끼셨다는 점, 또한 체크아웃 시 직원의 태도로 고객님께서 느끼셨을 불편과 실망에 대해 다시 한 번 깊이 사과드립니다. 해당 내용은 관련 부서 및 담당 직원에게 공유하여 서비스 태도 및 고객 응대 교육을 재점검하고, 주차 및 체크아웃 프로세스 전반을 개선하도록 하겠습니다. 다시 한 번 불편을 드린 점 깊이 사과드리며, 향후 다시 한 번 저희 호텔을 찾아주실 기회를 주신다면 더욱 향상된 모습으로 보답드리겠습니다. 감사합니다.
