Annie is really good in communicating with us especially in assisting us with our hotel room booking. She also assisted us in where to go on the nearby spots here in seoul. The hotel experience is also really good, the rooms are clean and well maintained.

Annie at the front desk was so sweet and kind when came in early. She is helping me check in early which is great considering I thought I would just drop my stuff off. The hotel is very nice and very good location!
