We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Ibis. Special shout out to Joseph (FO) who was friendly and helpful. He helped us when we had questions and all done with a ready smile. Our check in / out was seamless because of Joseph. Thank you once again.

when we arrived at the door of the hotel, the bell boy approached us and greeted us welcome and help us with our luggages. and on the front desk Mr. Joseph greeted us with politeness and help us with our reservation. And all the staff were very helpful and very kind. Highly recommended. Thumbs Up.

아코르 멤버십을 2년간 이용했습니다. 여러 호텔에 묶었는데, 이곳이 멤버십 보유자에 대한 서비스가 가장 좋았던 것 같습니다. 체크인할때 스탭이 먼저 레이트 체크아웃을 할 수 있는데 언제 체크아웃 하겠느냐고 먼저 물어봐 주었고, 플래티넘 멤버는 아침식사 혜택이 있다는 사실도 먼저 알려주었습니다. 다른 어떤 호텔도 이렇게 먼저 챙겨봐주고 물어봐주었던 곳은 업었습니다. 플래티넘 멤버십을 갖고 있다는 것의 편리함을 많이 느낄 수 있어 좋았습니다. 그리고 아침식사가 너무 괜찮았습니다. 특히 샐러드가 신선하고, 드레싱이 참 맛있었습니다. 요리하시는 분께 감사를 드립니다.

The front desk manager and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, making my travel experience truly enjoyable. My daughter left mobile phone on taxi when we getting off at hotel. We approached the front desk and told about the issue. Front desk Manager and staff member Jacklyin and Robert have tried their best and helped us to trace the taxi and get back the mobile phone. There patience and help is appreciable.

Jaden truly went above and beyond whilst my friends and I were travelling from Australia. He was super friendly, easily approachable and had the willingness to help. We were wanting to go to a baseball game but were unable to book tickets as there was no english option. Jaden offered to book us tickets and use his details to ensure we were able to go to the game. He clearly explained everything and printed off all the forms. Jaden made our day and truly went above and beyond! 10/10 customer service and 11/10 human being
