Firstly, I regret that you were surprised by the new 'Go Green - Skip a Clean' policy. We have implemented this measure to reduce our environmental footprint and conserve resources. I apologize for the lack of prior notification and I appreciate your understanding after your complaint. Regarding the room amenities, I regret that the air in your room was too dry. Please let us know during your stay so that we can take appropriate measures. As for the extras such as the pool and sauna, we aim to offer our guests the flexibility to pay only for the services they use. Liebe Lilli, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Sie aufgrund der Raumtemperatur nicht gut schlafen konnten. Wir bedauern die Unannehmlichkeiten. Die Klimaanlage im gesamten Hotel wurde am 5.4.2024 eingeschaltet und ist von jedem Zimmer aus selbst regulierbar. Unser Team an der Rezeption steht 24 stunden rund um die Uhr bei fragen zur Einstellung zur Verfügung. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn wir Sie zukünftig noch einmal als Gast im Mercure Hotel Wiesbaden City begrüßen dürften, damit Sie sich von unserem gewohnten Service überzeugen können.
