Great stay! I had a medical emergency and Amelia came to my rescue. She stayed with me until the ambulance arrived. She also stayed while medics attended to me and helped me gather items I needed to take to hospital with me. She had genuine care and concern. I was happy that emergency wasn't serious. She checked on me once I returned from hospital too. Such a kind, sweet and professional young lady. I was able to see her a few days later and present her with a small token. Thank Amelia and Mercure!

VERY friendly and HELPFUL staff! Nice to have a bath and not just a shower. Shower door lower hinge dirty/mouldy as was corner of bath sealant in corner. Anthracite colour walls very negative energy wise and depressing.

Location, rooms and everything is good , breakkfast is more than satisfying. Only issue is check in takes too much time everytime... Submitting information on a tablet is not practical. Considering I stayed at the same hotel many times there could be a more practical way to check in...

The bathroom was a nightmare. The tub leaks and there's water everywhere. The housekeeping team did not provide hair conditioner or body lotion.

I had a very bad experience of my stay this time at Mercure Wiesbaden. I felt cheated and robbed by the Hotel because I was charged for double occupancy in the room (356) where my daughter stayed alone I was chatged the same rate as the room (355) where my Wife and me stayed. I sensed semblance of racism the arrogant disrespectful manner the lady at the reception who checked me out the night before our departure namely 28 Sept 2024. I am quite dissatisfied because I believe I am cheated by the Hotel because of tge room rate applied for single occupancy of room 356. Ive been a regular guest at the Hotel for many years. I am considering nit to stay at the Hotel again because of the unwelcome attitude experienced. I have been a Fairmont Presidents Club member even before ALL. You can check to see tge stays made at the Fairmont and other affiliated ALL Hotels. I demand that I am refunded the difference of the rate for double occupancy that was app,ued to a single occupancy. It is unfair trade practice for the Hotel to do this.
