This Hotel is in a great location if you are looking for a place to stay close to the airport. The bus stop is out the front The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. We had a great night sleep Reception staff are very friendly and professional

We stayed here because we needed to get to T3 the next day. Our room was small but the beds were fine and the shower was hot. The wifi was quick. The restaurant downstairs serves snacks and meals, the servings are quite big. There is free tea and coffee for guests in the restaurant but we also had a kettle and tea bags etc along with free bottled water. We would stay here again.

Stayed for one night,as we had an early morning flight, staff were friendly and attentive and the hotel is comfortable, we found the room very cold, and struggled to get the heating to work, so it made it an uncomfortable stay, we ate in the restaurant, which was lovely, and the staff there were very helpful, one or two nights would be the most I would want to spend there, especially in the winter.

My stay at the hotel was just for one night. The room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious. Soap and shampoo were provided in the bathroom (it’s a pity there was no toothpaste or toothbrushes). The room was quiet, and the reception staff were friendly. Only 15 minutes by bus from the airport (Terminal 5). I didn’t use the breakfast service.

So the hotel it’s self isn’t too bad, does the job and in good location, friendly check in clean room etc. but sadly as much as the hotel have focused on making the rooms sound proof from the airport, it’s completely undone with the fact the walls between rooms are paper thin. The fact you can hear the next door room use the toilet and cough etc and the then awful night sleep that went with it completely undid any positives. I wouldn’t stay again sadly.
