Big nicely decorated room. Quiet. Lovely staff. Relaxed self service breakfast. Free Wi-Fi. Clean. Felt comfortable and chilled being there. After having had to move from another local hotel, we were delighted and relieved at the excellent standards.

Extremely poor breakfast

Great hotel, horrible breakfast. Dirty tables when we arrived to eat and had to ask the concierge to clean one for us. Went downhill from there. No mugs, no plates, no cutlery, no croissants, no yoghurt, no serviettes, no juice, no muffins, 1 pan ou chocolatte left, no eggs, no bowls, no juice. Complained 3 times and waited 45 min for the above to finally get restocked at the buffet. Considering they don't offer any cooked food, the poor level of service is disgusting. Eventually another guest ended up rummaging through cupboards taking plates etc out for the rest of us. Your kitchen and so called service staff should be replaced. Worsthotel breakfast ever

Very Clean - Needs More Light

The room and bathroom were very clean and they were also very spacious in size compared to traditional European hotels. The room just didn't seem to have enough light which was frustrating to me. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful and we appreciated how easy it was to get from Heathrow to Ealing using the Elizabeth Line train.

Wonderful hotel, clean rooms, cleaning every day. Nice and helpful staff. Been coming here for 4 years and never been disappointed. The rooms smell fresh and always clean, the bathrooms are new and modern. The breakfast could be better but 5 min walk you can buy your own

A little undewhelmed

To put this in context, I have had a Platinum Accor Card for the last three/four years so I travel and spend a lot of time in Accor Group hotels. Stayed here two nights this week as I have previously used the hotel and the experience was excellent. It's well furnished and appointed and the rooms are big and airy. At check in, was asked what my room preference was; this concerned me as I have that on record - high floor, away from the lift. Additionally this never usually comes up! Was given 7th floor out of 8; no room upgrade (was told they were full although they were still advertising rooms) and none of the usual welcome amenities (told they were busy and hadn't done it - should have realised at the 'what's your room preference question that this wasn't happening). Its a real pity as I've stayed numerous tomes before and the welcome etc. has always been first class - it just all seemed a little bit lax this time. Maybe the next time it will be back to its usual high standards!
