Highly recommend the breakfast, delicious food, fresh and lots of choice. Very friendly happy staff. Our room was spotless, excellent WiFi Hotel experience has been fantastic all round.

I want to rate 5 but only 3 circles appeared.Tiani,Marilyn and Krishna and the chef were excellent. So I rate them a 5

A two night stay at Sofitel Heathrow. I confess to having a soft spot for Sofitels - a brand that always seems to err on the side of generosity- and Sofitel Heathrow did not disappoint. Very comfortable room, staff managing to quietly and unobtrusively anticipate guests needs - just very very well organised. Breakfast - served by Aga and team was a revelation. Beautifully done, extraordinary fruit salad and well made coffee(s). On both mornings. This young lady is set for a meteoric career in hospitality. All in all a very good experience. Thank you.

The staff here are very sweet and kind. Especially, the experience I've got during my breakfast time was amazing! I've got 'Angela'; she's taking care of me so well. Worth visiting!!
