What a great welcome! I travel the world and each time I’m here I seem to be welcomed by the best concierge around….Aartee, every hotel should have an Aartee! Pleasant, knowledgable and always with a smile, Sofitel should get her to train the rest of the staff on how to deal with customers!

Somewhere between a three and a four ....

I stayed at the hotel this weekend and its somewhere between a three and a four .... its certainly not spotless, the bathroom I had was clean but there was dirt in bathroom cups and the bath wasn't overly clean. Bed was super comfy but again window sills etc were a bit grimy. No tissues too, I did notice that and rather scrimpy on the toilet roll too. The TV was not great, I know you're not staying there to watch the tv but if you put one in then make it a decent one. The remote was filthy and I had some kind of version of Freeview, very limited channels and my remote didn't work properly either. Whereas my friends in different rooms had completely different TVs, in sizes and had different channels. One of us had HD, I didn't. Very odd - should be more uniform. Having said all this its soooo handy for LHR Terminal 5, literally a 5 min walk and the staff we encountered were super friendly. I was a bit disappointed though for the price, expected a bit more.

Overly expensive hotel but they have a captive audience so I guess they can charge what they want paid £170 for room had to pay £30 to use the sauna for which was a rather nasty surprise given I’ve already paid £170 for the night I must say having travelled extensively around the world this is the only hotel one has come across that does this sort of thing really is desperate stuff Accor then ordered a bugger to one’s room £25 for a soggy burger with one onion ring and a few cold fries shame on you Accor one will take his business over to terminal 4 from now on ENDS.

Good place best service , room is very clean i have wonderful .............!!!!!!!!!!!!, i ilke egg,salmon and bread.......mrs Tajin very good service she gave me salad and advice anything this hotel very close to heathrow i enjoyed my stay thank you sofitel ....
