跟另外3家朋友一齊入住，要求酒店盡可能相連房間，他們都做到了，非常感謝，而且我在訂購時看到程式中顯示有迎賓飲品，後來到達酒店時找不到那張兌換卷，幸好有截圖証明，向職員查詢後補回我們，是意外驚喜。晚上差不時10點才回到酒店，再享用酒店的迎賓飲品，一天的疲勞都消除了。

Awful Hotel. Lots of things broken. Wouldn't take cash so was held prisoner for 5 hours for my partner to return card.

Poor Hotel. Aircon in the room didn't work and when I asked them to fix it they wouldn't so I was given a fan to just circulate the warm air instead. Beds are very hard with hard pillows and the sink plug was broken so I couldn't use the sink. Upon check out, I found out the Hotel is also 'cashless' and they couldn't take payment from the card I had on file, so after not accepting my perfectly legal tender (cash) and with no access to my bank card. I was made to stay in the hotel for 5 hours until my partner finished her work in central London to return with the bank card. Oh and while I was waiting for 5 hours I wasn't allowed to continue my use of the gym and pool because I had checked out lol.

Stayed here on business again.. was so nice to be welcomed by receptionist Amy who remembered me and even remembered little details that I like..exceptional services and like coming home. Pool was great and very clean. Sauna could do with being hotter Room very spacious, comfortable bed and bonus of having Sky channels. Nice extra of having real milk in the fridge in room with complimentary water. Breakfast - everything that you could ask for and more Thank you again for a great stay

I have noted your comment about the Sauna being hotter and will act on that. However, it might also be worth noting that what we have is actually a Saunarium which operates at a lower temperature of maximum 60 degrees Celsius. A regular customer for business travel, and always a reliably great stay. Clean, safe and quiet. Offers good value for money. Helpful staff and good range of facilities (bar, pool, self service shopping area etc). Good location for Heathrow and other transport links. Would recommend.

Amy and Roberto are amazing staff members! :) Helped to accommodate our family and ensure we were happy with the rooms and arrangements. They did a lot for us a late notice and it was really appreciated and made the whole stay a lot more stress free than it could have been! Great rooms, food was okay, pool a great addition, and we would certainly return! Thanks Novotel!
