Good price and so much better than expected. Room although not big was adequate and we had two suitcases. We had a meal in the restaurant which was good for usual airport hotel food. We got the public bus to T2 central bus station, this is on the opposite side of road so turn right out of Ibis and then at first lights you cross over and will see bus stop a little further down. It was fairly easy as not very far to go and only £1.75 although coming day before from the bus station we were told it was free but this bus driver said not, so have no idea what the actual system is.

I returned from an international holiday very late, exhausted and had a great nights sleep before returning home. The room was warm and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, excellent customer service.

I often visit Ibis London Heathrow for a meal and to do some work in the relaxed environment. The personnel are always welcoming, respectful, and attentive. Special thanks to Jashan and Prinka for their friendly and professional service — it always makes my visits more enjoyable. I look forward to coming back.

A pleasant and comfortable setting with a welcoming ambience. The food is enjoyable, though I would have preferred a wider selection.The service is great special mention to Ms. Niruta, whose warmth, and attentiveness truly enhanced the experience. Overall, a lovely place to stay near Heathrow 💯🌟
