clean and comfortable but do not prepay for the breeakfast.

It is clean, comfortable and value for money with the exception of the breakfast. IBIS charged £20 for the prebooked breakfast however had one paid on the morning it was just £8.70, less than half the price. £20 for the breakfast was over priced for the modest offering (the pasteries / crossant were not fresh, the tea came from a machine which did not sufficiently heat the water, there was an abundance of sliced cucumber which seemed to be there as it was cheap, and not because anyone eats cucumber for their breakfast).

Fine for the money for preflight stay.

The location was very good for our Heathrow flight - less than 10 minutes to walk to the Tube station and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was modern and very functional. Good having the toilet, shower and sink separated. Only downside was not having tea making facilities in the room.

Good value and close to the tube

The hotel room was basic as expected but clean and had everything we needed for a short stay before an early flight. For £68 it was definitely worth staying here!Very close to the tube for a smooth journey to the airport.There is no restaurant or bar so we bought snacks from the tesco next door as the weather was awful when we stayed so didn’t want to venture too far away from the hotel.

Convenient for Heathrow, neat and clean - definitely good value. Rooms have good heating,with modern shower and tea-making facility. No hair dryer found. Staff are helpful, although when visited the restaurant for a snack, the chef was ‘on a break’ so unable - yet they would not allow anyone to bring their own food in from the Tesco next door. Good points mostly, everything working and a good stay, with nice towels and good WiFi. Would stay again.

Booked this hotel as needwd to be in the area for work. To say I wish I hadnt is an understatement! The place is disgusting, walls, celings, reception all bad enough but they saved the filthest for the room, the room I was given had faeces smeared across toilet seat and lid, what looked like blood on wall and bed sheets looked like they had not been changed. Went to reception to ask to change rooms to be told they didnt have anything else. So i left! And will be claiming refund.
