Nice room, great shower, top floor. Very happy with my stay. No queue for check-in, was all very quick and easy. I stay near Heathrow for work a lot and this is up there in terms of high quality certainly. Very quiet as well for something so close to an airport.

The apartment is well located, close to Stratford station and Westfield mall. It is fully equipped with all the equipment one needs for a comfortable stay. There is a convenience store located within a 5 minute walk. The staff at the hotel are very polite and helpful.

Called & was told shuttle available and to just call upon arrival. No shuttle - 22Pound Taxi drive to and from hotel that is not close to the airport. Staff nice from very disappointing venue in comparison to other Ibis properties.
