A true luxury hotel. Starting from the check-in where we didn't have to stay at the reception. They took care of all the check-in while we are sitting in the lobby and sipping the welcome drink. We stayed at the heritage wing and I am not sure if it worth the money compared to the opera wing. Our room was small but luxurious. The breakfast was good and has alot of varieties and was enjoyable by the pool. The hotel is located at the old quarter which has an access to alot of locations.

I spent 3 nights here on the last leg of my Vietnam holiday. This French inspired accomodation is pure luxury. From the rooms to the restaurant to the pool. There is a spa available as well. There are a variety of restaurants to choose from and plenty of areas for some rest. The staff are wonderful in assisting with tours and directions

Definitely worth the price for us. Service was unmatched. We booked with Amex platinum. Included breakfast, tea, and happy hour. Butler service was always available via WhatsApp from verifying when we came in from the airport to spa service arrangements to packing our bags before we left. We felt very taken care of and the staff and managers truly went above and beyond every step of our stay.

立地、設備、サービス、スタッフの親切さ、朝食、全て完璧。チェックイン時に予約サイトの情報の誤りが判明したが、迅速に希望に沿った部屋に変更してくれた。最終日に参加した，ホテルの歴史を説明するツアーでベトナム戦争当時の防空壕を案内してもらい、大変興味深かった。 10点満点にできなかったのは、私のような庶民には滅多に泊まれないお値段なので…涙
