Smelly toilet

I have a bad experience because the toilet had a bad smell, it is from the drainage system. I had informed receptionist but it can not fixed.

We had a good stay here in Novotel. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The picture of the rooms could’ve been more accurate. I booked a Superior room but it shows on the internet that the room has a balcony. I just found out once we checked in from the front desk that all the rooms doesn’t have a balcony. So far the location is good far from the crowded area and there’s a Mcdonalds and Starbucks near the area.
