Salah satu properti accor yang menyenangkan u/ dipilih bila ingin berlibur di Bandung, lokasi yang cukup oke, di tengah kota, 10 - 15 menit berjalan kaki ke Braga, dekat pusat kuliner malam di Jl Lengkong Kecil serta area yg menyenangkan u/ berolah raga di pagi hari. Sayangnya sesikit tercoreng dengan kamar yg panas (menurut staffnya karena Bandung sedang panas dan kamar kami adalah kamar pojok dengan kaca jendela yg cukup banyak tetapi saya rasa krn ada yg tidak beres dgn sistem ACnya krn sampai malam pun tetap panas dan compare dengan Ibis Style Bogor Executive Room yang memiliki bukaan dan jendela2 pojok saya rasa tetap panas) — dengan solusi pindah kamar (👍👍) tp agak sedikit repot krn saya harus packing lagi barang2 saya. Dan pelayanan greeter yg kurang menyenangkan saat kami breakfast, 2 hari tidak ditagih lalu hari terakhir ditagih (krn tidak diinfokan o/ greeter yg du 2 hari sebelum padahal kami masuk ber-3 di hari ke -2) dgn alasan "keburu masuk" memberikan kesan seolah2 kami colongan masuk u/ menghindari pembayaran. Sangat disayangkan bila compare dengan properti accor lain yg memang berbayar seperti grand mercure setia budi, pullman thamrin, pullman ciawi maupun sekelas All Seasons Thamrin. So far staff yang ada di area restaurant maupun security yang bertugas memberikan pelayanan yang cukup baik, termasuk staff front office yang memberikan solusi agar kami pindah ruangan supaya bisa beristirahat dengan nyaman.

Wonderful service at Mercure City Center. When my child’s item was accidentally left behind, the staff were very helpful and quickly found it, then kindly arranged delivery to my office. We stayed as family in this hotel from 29 Dec 2025 to 1 Jan 2026 to celebrate new year, but we had terrible experience with hotel Mecire Bandung City Centre : 1. Room : We should move room from 823 to 1023 Problem : Room AC is broken and can not sleep and we paid high rate because high season for the room Solution : We moved room by re-arrange our luggages 2. Breakfast : Staff not manage well for Customers due to unconsistency service from staff for charging additional cost Solution : We paid for last breakfast from total 3 nights stay after we did direct hard complain to the Manager in charge PIC restaurant Manager : Mr Yogi Even we stayed not as 1st time at this hotel, but having bad experience at this time made us so dissapointed for what the staff did to my family which we always stay at Accor hotels in Indonesia : Pullman, Novotel, Mercure, Ibis & All Seasons. I hope by writing this complaint to Accor Group can have a fast feedback from anyone who in charge and urgently need to do evaluation for the hotel perfomance to remind them for service still be prioritize to focus with the Customers especially to the loyal Accor member like us to keep stay at Accor hotel. On the first and second day, breakfast service was conducted during peak hours. During this time, the additional guest was able to enter the restaurant along with the crowd, and this was regrettably not identified by our team. On the third day, our cashier team performed a more thorough verification of the number of guests. As per our policy, your room entitlement includes breakfast for two adults only, and any additional guest is subject to an extra charge. Regarding the AC problem, we also would like to apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. We already coordinate with our engineering team to ensure this problem will not happen again in the future.
