Great value and hospitality in Bandung

Great staycation with my family. They have great value too on their meals at restaurant, bar and room service. Great hospitality. Good cleanlines on room, utensils at restaurant and bar. But need more attention with bed, wife get itchy.
Parking slot limited

Parking slot very limited. Services from staf not good. And there is no upgrades available during that time for diamond member. It maybe too many people stay at weekend. For me there is no impressive at all and i dont want to stay here anymore.

The stay at Mercure was amazing and big thumbs for the service. The staff were warm and attentive. Overall, a lovely place to stay right in the heart of Bandung city. Close to any business centre. Just one thing they need to attend is that the VIP parking area in the lobby which suppose for Accor member like me but always not available during my stay

This is the first time that i feel very disappointed with the stay on an Accor-managed hotel, although i already stayed for several times in the same hotel previously. As an Accor Plus member, i have already informed that i will use the room upgrade voucher for my 2 days stay, but I didn't get the information that i would need 1 voucher for each day (I have been an Accor Plus member for years, and have stayed for more than 1 night a few times, but previously i only need 1 voucher per booking). As the reception informed that the T&C is written in the voucher itself, I have chosen to stay in the upgraded room (suite) for 1 day, and the other one day without upgrade (privilege), and I asked the reception to inform me where i should move on the second day... but in the end, i was the one that should reconfirm to the reception on the day that i need to move to the privilege room instead of getting informed as promised earlier. After the move, we just realized that we left our towel in our room, and we called the reception to check, and they promised to check and inform us. But in the end, until we checked out, we didn't get any information or update regarding the missing towel. The reception told me that actually it has been noted, but the towel has not been found yet, and asked me for my address so they can send it to me once they find it. So my main points of disappointment : 1. unclear information 2. service is not standard 3. dirty towel, pillow, and sheet --- this is the most disappointing for a 4-star hotel and in the suite room! 4. the room smelled of smoke (while I asked for a non-smoking room) --- actually this happened almost in my every stay in this hotel. 5. Nobody approach the guest in the restaurant who were not wearing their mask near the food station! and only took action after I asked one of the staff to remind the guest So actually if you ask me to write any positive thing about this hotel, i only can say : 1. the strategic location - located near the city center, and lots of food around the hotel. 2. good quality of tv channel 3. friendly staff --- especially the reception who handled the check out (Indah if i'm not wrong), who handled my complain professionally. I will think twice to stay here again, since the quality of the room/ammenities has been worsened each time that i stayed. hopefully the management can improve those for a better customer satisfaction.
Great place to celebrate something special

The awesome teamwork have been done on the birthday celebration last time in this hotel. Cool decorations, nice breakfast variations, the lovely rooftop pool with gorgeous Bandung view, and we love it. Thank you again for all the support, to make it a short holiday become a very special one because it was special. Keep up the good work and maybe we see you again soon. Terimakasih semuanya, Stay healthy and til we meet again.
