Great staycation with my family. They have great value too on their meals at restaurant, bar and room service. Great hospitality. Good cleanlines on room, utensils at restaurant and bar. But need more attention with bed, wife get itchy.

Parking slot very limited. Services from staf not good. And there is no upgrades available during that time for diamond member. It maybe too many people stay at weekend. For me there is no impressive at all and i dont want to stay here anymore.

The stay at Mercure was amazing and big thumbs for the service. The staff were warm and attentive. Overall, a lovely place to stay right in the heart of Bandung city. Close to any business centre. Just one thing they need to attend is that the VIP parking area in the lobby which suppose for Accor member like me but always not available during my stay

Disappointing stay

This is the first time that i feel very disappointed with the stay on an Accor-managed hotel, although i already stayed for several times in the same hotel previously. As an Accor Plus member, i have already informed that i will use the room upgrade voucher for my 2 days stay, but I didn't get the information that i would need 1 voucher for each day (I have been an Accor Plus member for years, and have stayed for more than 1 night a few times, but previously i only need 1 voucher per booking). As the reception informed that the T&C is written in the voucher itself, I have chosen to stay in the upgraded room (suite) for 1 day, and the other one day without upgrade (privilege), and I asked the reception to inform me where i should move on the second day... but in the end, i was the one that should reconfirm to the reception on the day that i need to move to the privilege room instead of getting informed as promised earlier. After the move, we just realized that we left our towel in our room, and we called the reception to check, and they promised to check and inform us. But in the end, until we checked out, we didn't get any information or update regarding the missing towel. The reception told me that actually it has been noted, but the towel has not been found yet, and asked me for my address so they can send it to me once they find it. So my main points of disappointment : 1. unclear information 2. service is not standard 3. dirty towel, pillow, and sheet --- this is the most disappointing for a 4-star hotel and in the suite room! 4. the room smelled of smoke (while I asked for a non-smoking room) --- actually this happened almost in my every stay in this hotel. 5. Nobody approach the guest in the restaurant who were not wearing their mask near the food station! and only took action after I asked one of the staff to remind the guest So actually if you ask me to write any positive thing about this hotel, i only can say : 1. the strategic location - located near the city center, and lots of food around the hotel. 2. good quality of tv channel 3. friendly staff --- especially the reception who handled the check out (Indah if i'm not wrong), who handled my complain professionally. I will think twice to stay here again, since the quality of the room/ammenities has been worsened each time that i stayed. hopefully the management can improve those for a better customer satisfaction.

The awesome teamwork have been done on the birthday celebration last time in this hotel. Cool decorations, nice breakfast variations, the lovely rooftop pool with gorgeous Bandung view, and we love it. Staff named arnold very bad attitude, rude and bring into conflict. When i was stay i asked about my benefits that i get when i booked the room thru all app, he gave me unprofessional answers and tell me that he is a trainne, in fact he is a staff who incharge night shift, he reported me to the manager if I made an effort to test, and no excuse until i am check out. come on i am guest i just want to get make sense explanation when i need to know. And i pay for that.

Ms Indah assist me upon check in, all room keys well prepared by her and fast. Less than 5 minutes we can go to the room. The Suite room & bathroom are super Specious. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Keep it up!

We are Silver Member Accor Plus , from the beginning this hotel open we always stay in this hotel ; All of the Staff are very kindly and help full, as member accor plus silver they can give me free upgrade without any charges or Voucher upgrade , but by the time going i feel they not kindly and helpfull again, if i want to upgrade my room have to use voicher and additional fee. We allready 2-3 year stay in this hotel never change other hotel but they always change the regulation. And The staff , when I Complain about the Towell is smelly but they always say no, when i ask for change towel they dont give me and say they out off the towell, How can a big hotel dont have extra towell for customer. If the towell not smelly we no need ask for change, but they dont want to know and no one say apologize to me, even i complain to the receptionist , One Of They Call " PRAS " Look at we with the sinisme face and never felt guilty or ask for apologize. When the safety box locked, i call the staff to open , they always say allready come to your room just wait , But once more we very disappointed because the staff keep lying to us , we have to wait untill 1 hour, we have an appointment with customer and have to delay and let our customer wait for Us!!! ONCE MORE, NO ONE FROM STAFF HOTEL SAY APOLOGIZES TO US ABOUT THAT AND EVEN THAT WHEN I WANT TO MEET DUTY MANAGER THEY ALWAYS CLOSE TO US AND ONLY LET ME MEET ASISTANCE FRONT MANAGER MADAM SURI , WHEN I MEET MADAM SURI , SHE STILL YOUNG AND DONT KNOW HOW TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM ONLY CALL ME NEXT TIME I CAN STAY AT ANOTHER HOTEL IF I FELL NOT COMFORT!!!!!! OH MY GOD , I NEVER TREAT LIKE THIS, EVEN I STAY AT OVERSEAS ALL OF THE STAFF HOTEL ALWAYS GIVE ME SMILE AND MAKE ME COMFORT AND HAPPY, BUT IN THIS HOTEL THEY DONT WANT TO KNOW BECAUSE THEY STILL CROWDED / ALWAYS FULL, BECAUSE HAVE CONTRACT WITH GOVERMENT, FROM OTHER CITY THEY FEEL RUDE, THINK I ONLY WANT TO MAKE A PROBLEM BY SAID THE TOWELL IS SMELLY , I TELLING THE TRUTH, THE TOWELL VERY SMELLY AND THEY ALWAYS COVER BY SAYING NO. THE HOTEL HAVE TO KNOW , I COME TO THIS HOTEL HAVE TO PAY BY MY OWN NOT FREE. NOT COMPLIMENT BECAUSE OF I WORKED WITH GOVERMENT. affordable, but be careful if you're bringing car

Price wise this hotel is one of the best for 4-star hotel in Bandung center. a few things: 1. parking was horrible in this hotel. tried to enter the parking space, but they said it was full. but probably this is because it was on a saturday night. They ask me to park in a parking space next door, rather spooky but fine, and they asked the car key. after check out, i asked for my car, and it took them around 20-25 mins just to get me the car. So please fix the arrangement of parking space in the hotel 2. check in was pretty much hassle-free like in other mercure hotels. 3. for a hotel this size, there's only 2 lift. it took me around 5 mins everytime to wait for a lift 4. room size is standard, not much comment 5. in the standard room, there was only 1 water bottle provided. i asked the concierge and they said we need to order another one by phone, only then it's delivered to my room. it just doesnt make sense for me to request another one via phone. 6. bfast was okay considering the social distancing rule. however we felt the food selection is rather restricted, i.e there's no croissant at all!? overall its just okay with so many points of improvement

Excellent Hotel in Bandung City Center

I have always enjoyed staying at Mercure Bandung City Center. Rooms are nice and clean, staff are also always nice and helpful. Room rate is very good. Nice roof top swimming pool with very beautiful view of Bandung at night and very exotic purple lighting. Too bad the swimming pool is not heated pool. if it is heated pool, it would be very nice and romantic to swim in the evening. Breakfast is also very nice with many varieties. I have been staying in this hotel many times already and it makes me wants to come back again. During covid situation, I feel confident with the cleaning system implemented by the hotel and breakfast can be requested to be sent to room, which is very nice and convenient as we try to avoid the crowd during breakfast time. Mercure Bandung City Center is always one of my favorite hotel in Bandung and highly recommended for both business or leisure.

Clean and tastefully decorated property

The property is located in a heart of town, and 10 min walk to Braga. Property is well maintained, and still looks new. Decor was tastefully done and has a modern touch. The property strives to be environmentally friendly, so beware that many amenities that you would typically take for-granted in other properties will not be available. - No hand-towels were available in the bathroom. Only 1 bath towel per guest. Towels gave out an unpleasant smell when damp. Had to request for a change every day. I suspect it is the detergent that was used to launder the towels. - Although a relatively new property, the drainage in the shower was giving problems and very slow. Shower area was flooded within 2 min of shower. - No soap provided at the bathroom sink to wash your hands. I used the body soap provided at the shower area instead, and had the leave the used soap on its wrapper as there was no soap dish provided for the entire 3 nights stay. I did not request for a soap dish as I assumed housekeeping would notice it. Not a big issue, and I suppose it's more environmentally friendly to reduce amenities in the room. Breakfast was good, plenty of options and service was prompt. Staff were friendly, and would always smile and greet you when you walk by.

room was clean, but too bad lack of soundproof. my room was facing the main road, so still can hear the noise from outside, but overall i'm quite happy to stay at this hotel. i just need to take note not to choose the same room again. thank you

The room is clean and lobby arrangement also good. Breakfast also have many options and the taste are good. Front office staff also kind and helpfull. Main problem of this hotel is parking area. It is very serious and need to be solved asap. Frankly speaking, I maybe will not back to this hotel because this reason.

Good hotel in bandung. Location is strategic. the pool was magnificent for 4 star hotel the service and food was good the only thing that bothering me is there is a lot of ants in my room (516) other than that everything is good

Was stayed in the Executive Suite in the privilege floor, and what amazed us that the hotel served compliment snack, tea and coffee at the noon until night. The Pool's view is awesome too, which is located on top of the hotel floor. But for the breakfast i would say its very average.
