Such a pleasure to stay here! I was welcomed by genuine staff named Feby and surprised with the room decoration, she is really thoughtful and wanted to make our short stay will be memorable. It would be on my revisit list if I come back to Bandung. Not only room decoration and amazing service, I believe her team and Feby provided us complimentary cake and delivered to the room. Could've been more grateful to her and team. See you in the near future.

very very nice experience here, luckly got early check in today, assist by Nidya at the front office, and the room was decorated by Feby, Naffa and team. the room was neat, and so well prepared just for us to rest as soon as we reach the room. so far this was the best experience ever. bravo !!

The first time visiting here for an event. Amazed by the excellent hospitality and very smooth check in process. We arrived a bit earlier than the check in time. The reception is very helpfull assisting us to get our room ready. The location is also excellent. Will come back again if we stay in Bandung.

I recently stayed at Ibis Bandung Grand Central and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of Bandung, with easy access to many local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It's especially great if you're planning to visit Gedung Sate or the nearby cultural spots. The room was compact but modern and clean, with all the basic amenities you'd expect from an Ibis hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable throughout my stay. One thing I appreciated was the large window that offered a nice city view, making the room feel more spacious and bright. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Especially, mas Sopyan who delivered the amenity to the room, mbak Krista in the operator for helping me any kind of requests, mas Yoga (Pullman staff) who was very helpful in explaining the access to the elevator. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, forget the name. But he was very informative. Even the Front Office Manager Mas Fazar greeted me with such warmth and friendliness. The breakfast was an absolute delight. I was previously informed that breakfast had been moved to the 1st floor at Sadrasa. I was pleasantly surprised to find myself having breakfast at a five-star hotel .At the Pullman lobby, a staff member named Mbak Euis kindly assisted me when I was a bit anxious about being in the wrong place, but Mbak Euis was very helpful and kindly directed me to the restaurant. The variety was impressive, offering both international and local Indonesian dishes to suit every palate. From fresh pastries, cereals, and made-to-order eggs to traditional options like nasi goreng and bubur ayam, everything was well-prepared and delicious. If you're looking for an affordable and reliable place to stay in Bandung with a strategic location, Ibis Bandung Grand Central is definitely a solid choice.

Lokasi strategis. Kamar luas, lumayan bersih. Pelayanan ramah. Tapi sayang sekali ga ada fasilitas kolam renang ataupun gym. Jadi selama 6 hari 5 malam menempati kamar 1212 lumayan bosan kalau diam d hotel karna ga bisa berenang, apalagi membawa anak jadi tidak bisa berenang.
