Got to Bandung earlier than expected… visit this beautiful hotel with the super kind staffs… specially Mr Lingga at the front desk..he’s super helpful and he gave us early check in.. yeay! If you planning to have luxury weekend in Bandung… this hotel is your choice! Note: if you buy the room online, make sure to check whether “Afternoon Tea” is included… its an experience you don’t want to miss! 😍

Since arrived, proper handled at 16 floors for check in and also got surprise birthday cake from management pullman and staff since my wife has birthday on that day. The room (Pullman suite) is quite spacious and clean, and thank for Feby for the birthday writing on the glass in the room. I came to Bandung to spend some time with my daughter. We had a lovely experience starting from the arrival until the departure. Everyone was very helpful and made us feel at ease. Being a part of Accor myself, having met a couple of familiar faces such as Pak Oslanto and Dimas, made me feel very confident and proud of their moves within the group and wish them all the best with the property 👍🏻 Our biggest thanks to Feby, Dita, Elvara, Nilah, Agni, April, Ridwan, Joseph, Chani, Adit and Pak Hilman for creating such a warm experience for my daughter and me.
