kamarnya cukup nyaman dan lokasi strategis, namun beberapa malam menginap ada yg perlu diperbaiki seperti valve air panas yg rusak dan menurut saya sarapan tidak semenarik di hotel pullman lain

Masih ada room for improvement. Saya kurang puas karena dengan harga hotel yang saya bayar, menu di tempat makan saat sahur kurang variatif, kesannya overprice, teman kantor saya juga menyatakan overprice vs fasilitas dan menu di resto saat dia berkunjung bersama keluarga. Mungkin bisa belajar bandingkan dengan Trans Luxury hotel TSM.

Menyenangkan, fasilitas n sarapan ok walaupun crowded n satu masukan sptnya perlu peredam krn saya terganggu dengan suara kendaraan terutama knalpot motor rombeng yg sangat berisik
