The food was good, Service was prompt. Valentina was really nice to us and was fast in serving. The quantity was okay for 3 people. The naan could have been a bit softer but apart from that the biryani, the tangdi kabab, the methi chicken was all very tasty

Check in duration was terrible.Had to wait for 45 minutes in the lobby, a horrendous experience, considering, I arrived at the hotel at 2.30 pm,well past the check in time of 2 PM.The rooms should have been ready by then.And,I'm an Accor plus member.Nobody cared to ask for the welcome drink either..Novotel Guwahati needs to do better.

I frequently stay at Novotel Guwahati. Team is very friendly. Special thanks to duty manager for upgrading my room as I am gold member, Mr. Kangkan Das from housekeeping for showing never say die attitude, Mr. Kaushik Sharma from Gymnasium for teaching me tricks in weightlifting.

I recently stayed at Novotel Guwahati with my family for two days, and it was truly a pleasant and memorable experience for all of us. Ms. Piyanka at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and assisted us with the upgrade of our stay, making it even more special. The hotel’s warm gestures of welcome and their effort to ensure a comfortable stay were truly commendable. The accommodation was excellent, and the staff’s hospitality added a personal touch to our visit.
