I stayed at Novotel room 718 from 3rd to 8th December. During my stay, I raised multiple complaints about the air conditioning, but despite several technician visits, the issue was not resolved. Due to my business commitments and exhaustion, I could not shift to another room. The discomfort affected my sleep, and overall I was not satisfied with the room experience, especially considering the premium charges paid.

I recently had an absolutely amazing time at Novotel Guwahati. The room was very spacious and spotless, with great decor and well furnished, clean bedsheets and towels. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive, welcoming and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable. I didn't face any issues during my stay there.

I had a wonderful stay at novotel guwahati fir 4 Days . The experience was excellent, with special mention to the cleaning at the room .the staff were Verry helpful specially Mr Happy kumar he was very helpful and making my stay even more enjoyable. And also team from housekeeping team because. The room was chen and hygiene could replacenish toiletries and towels more frequently. While the room was clean. They dud an outstanding job of keemy room clean and tidy .The overall environment was peaceful and maintained.

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Staff was engaging and professional. We appreciate the dining staff and chefs. The food was sumptuous and top quality. Breakfast spread and bakery section was diverse and well crafted. House keeping kept the room squeaky clean. Overall our stay was relaxing and memorable.

We are coming from Australia. When we went to check in it was really great hospitality from the Front desk people. They are very creative and probation. Especially from the Front desk Mr DHRUBA. He is the only one to Help us because for me this is the new city . Dhruba booked tickets for kamakhya Darshana. He booked a car,and everything... We will visit soon.
