Our stay was truly exceptional, the staff was incredibly pleasant and hospitable especially Ms. Raizia (Housekeeping Staff) and Resturant Girl at welcoming gate.

The overall time taken for Check In and Check out was not ideal. The Room Window Curtain System possibly was not up to the mark. At the time of Check In, I had specifically requested for early morning takeaway breakfast (whatever possible) and reminded the same while coming down for Check Out but unfortunately they could not make it available for me. I have been patronising this propoerty since 2017 and I see the casual approach in Guest Relations. I know you have an anchor customer now giving you good business and may be that is the reason retail customers are not so important anymore.

Had a wonderful experience! The Manager( ROFIQUL ) was extremely courteous, the food was delicious. A perfect place for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. The hospitality here is unmatched. The team pays attention to the smallest details, making the stay truly memorable. Great ambience, and world-class service.
