We liked staying here. The hotel is clean and in good shape. We particularly liked the professionalism and quality of the staff as a main positive of our stay. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts are generous and tasty with wide variety of food and good table service. Two minuses were the i) background music in dining area can be a bit irritating in style. Ii) The Tv was slow to turn on and select channels, but these are minor matters, as we would always intend to come back again.

Arrived late after very long flight from UK. Staff super helpful, room beautiful very comfy bed and fab bathroom. Just what we needed!! Breakfast was also really good, plenty of selection and very tasty. Staff very knowledgeable about car hire company which we had to find very early next morning. All round superb experience. Thank you Pullman Brisbane Airport!! 😀

If you are travelling from Brisbane Airport, then I would recoomend an Executive Room the night before. Well appointed, great layout, executive benefits, walk to Domestic Terminal and a cheap shuttle ride to the international. Excellent service and attention to detail. We have stayed a number of timesand our most recent was even better than normal.

We stayed at this hotel one night after getting off a cruise ship before flying back to Sydney Check in process was great. We arrived super early due to our ship arrival & we were exhausted after a big night so we offered early check in for extra $100 or so which we accepted. We were in our room by around 11am. We had opted for a suite with ‘lounge access’. This was well worth it. We had access to the executive lounge on level 10 with unlimited access to soft drinks, coffees, teas, juices, soft drinks, biscuits and fruit bowl. We enjoyed spending some time here too just to get out of our room. We also got free alcoholic beverages which included beer, wine, spirits (from a select menu) between 5-7pm at the downstairs bar, along with a very impressive cheese board. Our suite on the 9th floor was clean and tidy. The bathroom was expansive & impressive. The room shape itself was strange. Our lounge room was a long skinny room, and because so narrow it made it hard to watch tv as it was so large. The lounge was horrible & uncomfortable, certainly not great for watching tv comfortably. Pool area well maintained and pool lovely. There were some inconsiderate guests staying who took up all pool chairs in the shade for the whole day, despite their children only coming down occasionally. The restaurant is lovely and we dined there for dinner. Can recommend the chicken! Buffet breakfast was a great selection. I would like to say there should be more sanitiser around. The only ones I saw were on the counter. There should be some at/in elevators also. Overall an enjoyable stay & would recommend. You can arrange a shuttle over to the airport, however we only had one suitcase each so opted to walk over to the domestic terminal which took about 7-10 mins.

Nice Hotel But…

Firstly the hotel is difficult to get to from the terminal. Signage is pretty poor and the travelator wasn’t working either, both red flags for an amputee! When we finally got to the hotel check in was a bit of a situation, I was sure I had requested a room with accessible/disabled shower access but it seemed not. After explaining (and showing my prosthetic leg) as to why I was requesting a disabled access room we were finally given a suitable room 703 Room 703 was a nice clean accessible room and bathroom. With a shower seat bolted onto the wall and plenty of towels. We decided it was just too far to go back to the airport to source something to eat and so against my better judgment we opted for a bar meal. Now the night before I’d received an email telling me that due to the lack of staff the restaurant wouldn’t be serving food and it would be bar meals only, not a big issue at all. The very limited and very pricy bar menu arrived I ordered a Waygu burger my husband ordered Caesar Salad. The burger was $30 and came with what can best be described as a large portion of McDonald’s fries and 3 very tough pieces of beef none of which resembled what I expected. The salad was supposed to be served with anchovies but didn’t, when we tried to discuss the poor quality of the food we were told no the anchovies were in the sauce, again NOT what the menu says, and that yes he could see my beef had a rather “large knot” but he would pass the feedback back to the chef! Now when you’re paying that amount of money as a tourist in a hotel that charges $95 for dinner in its restaurant, $11 for a beer and $10 for still water you are expecting something a little better. So whilst the room was neat, clean, tidy and accessible I take umbrage at having to prove why I’ve requested a disability accessible room and in all honesty pay for food that was so bad I complained about it, I shouldn’t have had to do either. And the email I got the night before, yes they are very short staffed, but when we asked at the bar the staff seemed to not be aware that guests had been sent this! There would appear to be some sort of communication issues between staff and guests.
