My girlfriend and I spent the night here after an eight day road trip. We loved the cleanliness of the room, the serene view out over the runway and the quiet sanctuary of our climate-controlled room. After sleeping in a campervan this was the very thing needed before our flight the next day. Particularly grateful to the concierge for receiving our luggage ahead of time (we arrived at the hotel early) and allowing us to enjoy the hotel pool until check in. This was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. The pool itself is a pleasant diversion from travel and stamping around in the heat. The walk from Pullman to our domestic terminal took only 10 mins and underscored the value of staying somewhere close by. Overall a marvellous experience which we’d recommend to anyone needing proximity to the airport or a comfortable place to stop over. Thank you!

Great location across the overhead walkway from the Domestic Terminal building. We had just flown into the international terminal from the UK and were flying out next day from the domestic terminal, couldn’t have asked for a better place to get over so long in the air. Staff were good, room was nicely furnished with two double beds and glass panelling that slid back so you could view the TV in the room from the bath. Bathroom was fitted out with a stand up glass shower cubicle, separate bath, sink and glass toilet cubicle. Our kids loved it and got to use the pool in the evening, if we were to pick fault with anything the pool could have been a bit warmer and whilst the breakfast that was supplied was nice it could have had more options.

We booked the hotel 6 months ahead for the international trip. We were checked in by staff who looked tired and lacked warmth. The experience at the restaurant was very average. We were ushered in by an enthusiastic waiter. There was the set menu and also Ala carte. We were pleased to know that Accor members had a discount. We ordered Spicy cauliflower and Gnocchi as starters. The cauliflower was good. However Gnocchi was below average. Rib eye fillet was very dry and the chef got the steak overcooked and had to wait again to be served. The white chocolate cheese cake with mousse was tasty. The chips with aioli sauce was probably the best part of the meal. We were disappointed when we went to pay the bill. The discount was for Accor plus.

Pullman Brisbane Airport as Diamond. What a fabulous stay! Checkin was good. All through our 4 nights here there were always enough front desk staff to ensure a quick checkin. Well done Susie and team. It’s an easy and well signposted walk from the domestic terminal. Mostly under cover. We booked a suite for 4 nights. I assume they are all on the top floor along with an executive lounge which is only used for fruit, biscuits, tea, coffee and some soft drinks. Oh, and news papers! I haven’t read a real newspaper in ages. Suite was good although it has a glass door to the bathroom so it lights up the bedroom when you go to the loo at night. Welcome amenity was a box of slices and a note. But I’m happy with that. Room description says it has a mini bar - but it doesn’t. Maybe you can request it??? The room was quiet, comfortable and beautifully cleaned and tidied every day. Well stocked with amenities, towels etc. absolutely spotless. Really good outlook. Breakfast was fabulous every morning. They never ran out of anything and all items were excellent quality. The Nespresso machine made the best machine coffee I’ve ever had and there is also an option for barista made. The restaurant was excellent and is almost worth a trip for just that. I’d say this was the best Accor dining I’ve had (except perhaps for Miss Mi in Perth). Good wine list with a good selection by the glass. Some wines were amazing value! Accor Plus accepted (less usual blackout dates). And staff! All of them friendly, professional, engaging and helpful. Nick, Ron, Maria and Angelica were highlights. On checkout I was able to use my Accor dining and spa vouchers and I noticed their list of awards. I’d certainly agree with that. Pool area looked nice. Air con and wifi were good (the wifi would log me out maybe daily). TV with free to air and casting. The hotel seems very well run. Management seemed to do rounds and correct faults. I’ll be back! — at Pullman Brisbane Airport.

Abysmal service and rip off merchants

My recent stay at the Pullman Brisbane Airport was an extremely disappointing experience, marred by overcharging and poor service. As an Accor member, I expected a premium experience, but the hotel failed to deliver on multiple fronts. Firstly, despite using my Accor points to significantly reduce the cost of the room—more than halving the price—I was still charged the full price. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a blatant disregard for Accor’s loyalty program. The use of points should be straightforward and honoured without question, yet I was left feeling cheated. To make matters worse, the hotel failed to provide a welcome drink, a standard benefit for Accor members. This lack of attention to even the simplest of loyalty perks demonstrated a disregard for guest satisfaction and loyalty. It’s frustrating when a premium property doesn’t even meet the basic requirements of the program. While the location is undeniably convenient and the property itself is well-maintained, these positives were entirely overshadowed by the poor service and what felt like deliberate overcharging. Guests using loyalty points should not be treated as second-class, and the failure to adjust the pricing properly is a serious breach of trust. I would not recommend this property until significant improvements are made in their handling of Accor benefits and billing practices. For the price—and the loyalty I’ve shown the brand—I expected much better. Avoid this hotel unless you’re prepared for potential billing headaches and a lack of recognition as a valued member.
