The Pullman is always a convenient hotel when travelling out of Brisbane. It is a step above the usual airport hotel with large rooms, convenient shuttle service, excellent facilities and amenities. The restaurant is far above the usual for airport hotels, with top-tier dining and excellent staff. In particular we would like to recognise Amelia, our waitress. For one so young she provided excellent service ... knowledgeable and helpful, quick to assist without hovering and made excellent suggestions showing a deep knowledge of the menu and she was quick to pick up our preferences and worked with us to provide the best possible dining experience. The rest of the staff are of a similar quality .. everyone who attended our table or assisted with out check-in were helpful, professional and highly knowledgeable, which made our visit (not our first!) a pleasure.

At the airport Brisbane costly hotel for room size waited a couple of hours for room. Be prepared no shops walking distance for stopover good

We’re sorry, however, that parts of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand the frustration of having to wait for your room, especially after travelling, and we apologise for the delay. We appreciate the opportunity to review where improvements can be made. As we are located within the airport precinct, shops and services are a short drive rather than walking distance, which can be inconvenient during quick stopovers — thank you for highlighting this for future guests. Next time, please ask our friendly staff the best way to get to the nearby DFO Shopping Centre using the free transport from the Domestic Terminal. They are always happy to help! Stones throw from the Brisbane Domestic airport, booked online through the accor website which was good, arrived to friendly welcoming staff to check me in, i didn't realise they had a pool which was a nice bonus. check in was quick, went to my room on the 10th floor and it also has an executive club with light refreshments. Room beautifully appointed with nice amenities. Flew out to Singapore the next day and was offered to take a quick shuttle to the airport and was only $8 which was reasonable. Concierge helped take my bags - bonus! Great airport hotel.

Always a pleasant stay and the food in Apron restaurant is excellent! Staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.

The hotel is very close to the domestic terminal. There is a dedicated walking path so there is no need to cross the major roads. We stayed on level 9 and there is no noise from the airport.
